Pool heating £11 per day. Mid week clean £50. Up to 20% discount for same month bookings.
Changeover day
Changeover day is flexible. Arrival not before 4pm. Departure not later than 11am. Departure time may be extended if new guests are not arriving that day.

| Bathrooms: | En-suite bathrooms for both master bedrooms, with 'his and hers' basins and seperate bath and shower cubicles. Bedrooms three and four share the family bathroom which includes bath and shower. |
| Kitchen: | Our large well equipped kitchen and breakfast room has everything that a large family will ever need. In addition to all standad appliances that you would expect from a modern American kitchen there is both china and plastic crockery for up to 15 persons. |
| Utility Room: | Our well equipped utility room includes washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron. |
| Living Rooms: | Comfortable living area with TV, DVD and large selection of DVDs. An extensive range of books for all ages allows quality reading time. Our beautiful dining room seats 6 with settings. Ideal for those special occassions. |
| Other: | The games room area is a must for children and adults alike. Table tennis, pool and electronic air hockey will keep you amused for hours. The electronic dart board uses plastic tipped darts and save for the children to use. |

Each bedroom has enough towels to see you through your stay. We have seperate pool and villa towels as well as tea towels for the kitchen. Use the space in your suitcase to take home great bargains from Orlando's outlets. |
Notes on accommodation
This villa has been fitted with an ADT alarm system to ensure your personal safety.
With the young ones in mind we have had fitted alarms for all doors and windows leading to the pool area. The pool area has plenty of deep cushioned sunloungers and pool toys.

Accessibility
Endsleigh Florida Villa, is a single storey property which is used by guests with mobility problems. Both master bedrooms has double doors leading into the bedroom area with one also having the same into the ensuite bathroom. Having seperate shower facilities the villa is suitable for some disabled guests.
Outside
The pool area is covered by a screen to keep insects out but let the light in. Around this area we have planted a natural screen and in September 2007 will instal privacy fencing on both sides. Pool size is 30'x17' with steps down into it from the shallow end. The pool area is South West facing offering all day sunshine. An insulated pool cover can be floated at night to keep the heat in.

There are many superb golf courses in the area, the nearest being just 5 minutes away. Most are public and fees vary strating from $30 per round.
Clubs and buggies are for hire with many club houses offering a range of meals and drink. Most clubs have pro shops but they can be expensive. Better to visit one of the many discount stores that can be found throughout Orlando.

Deposit normally either £100 or $180 per full week with balance 6 weeks before arrival. A £110/$220 per week stay security deposit required with final payment which is not banked.
