Our brand new luxurious 4 bedroom 3 bathroom golf home (sleeps up to 8 people) is situated in the quiet, select, residential development on the outskirts of Brooksville near Tampa, Florida. The villa is fully furnished and equipped for all your needs; and is very spacious with 1880 square feet of air-conditioned living space. To the rear the extensive screened deck with lounging area and private heated pool which overlooks the 4th fairway and green of the championship golf course Hernando Oaks, Florida.

Notes on prices
All prices quoted are for the villa per week (for up to 8 people) in US Dollars, which includes all taxes and cleaning on departure. Please email for bookings of 28 days or more for discounted prices. Pool heating is an optional extra at a cost of $120 per week.
Changeover day
We are flexible on changeover days. Arrival no earlier than 4pm and departure by 11am. This is to allow time to facilitate cleaning of the villa between bookings.

The screened pool deck which overlooks the golf course and faces south/southwest has sun loungers, patio table and chairs. The private heated pool has lighting, deep end seating, waterfall feature and gradually slopes to a depth of 5ft at the maximum.
Coast/Beach
The beautiful beach at Pine Island is 15 minutes drive.
The beaches of Sarasota and St Pete's are 25 minutes drive.
Golf
Situated on Hernando Oaks Golf Course, with many other courses within a short distance.
Travel
Tampa Airport 45 minutes. Orlando Airport 90 minutes.
Car hire is advised, to be able to enjoy this area of Florida.

Local shops and restaurants 10 minutes drive. Weeki Wachee Springs 15 minutes drive. Tarpon Springs 30 minutes drive.

Further details
Downtown Brooksville is akin to taking a step back in time with the old brick storefronts and the stately county courthouse. Many businesses now inhabit the restored downtown where you will enjoy strolling along the tree shaded streets with the flowers growing in the brick planters and looking in the many shops and restaurants. One of the most visited stores in Brooksville is the famous Rogers Christmas House where you can find Christmas all year long. Another thing that brings residents and visitors together are the many festivals and shows that are staged downtown especially the weekly car show that shows off the area collector cars that range from antiques to professionally built street rods.
On the outskirts of Brooksville is the Withlacoochee State Forest which offers thousands of acres of recreational opportunities including fishing, hunting, and motorcycling.
Booking notes
A non refundable deposit of (£200/$400) is required on booking. The balance of payment and a separate security deposit of £200/$400 cheque are due two calendar months prior to arrival date. Confirmation of the booking will be sent, directions and access details will be forwarded when the full payment and security deposit have been received.
