Within walking distance of 3 championship golf courses, overlooking a peaceful lake, with access to a pool and heated Jacuzzi, within the secure, upmarket, gated community of Lely Golf and Country Club. 10 minutes drive from 'downtown' Naples were you will find the luxury boutiques and restaurants of Fifth Avenue and 11 miles of beautiful white sandy beaches, the famous Naples Pier and the Naples City Docks. The Coach House villa is located within the secure, exclusive gated community of Saratoga. A very safe and secure location.
Coast/Beach
Within ten minutes drive from the beautiful, sun drenched, prestine, white sandy beaches of Naples and Marco Island and the famous historic wooden Naples Pier and the eclectic Naples City Docks. The beautiful Gulf Coast island of Sanibel and Captiva are just 30 minutes drive away.
Golf
Within 'steps' of not one or two, but three championship golf courses designed by three of the best known architects in the game: The Classics by Gary Player, Flamingo Island by Robert Trent Jones, Sr. and The Mustang by Lee Trevino.
They combine the beauty of the surroundings with holes that are both friendly and challenging.
Travel
Only a thirty minute drive from Soutwest Florida International Airport (Ft. Myers). Miami International Airport 1 3/4 hour drive. Car hire is recommended.

You can board a tour of Port Royal taking in a display of luxurious mansions or a boat tour viewing the dolphins at play or visit the Caribbean Gardens, 52 acres of simulated jungle with tigers, monkeys and elephants. The nearby 1-75 gives you easy access to popular Florida destinations such as The Everglades.
