Our welcoming family owned villa is situated in the peaceful community of Chatham Park. The community offers on site security patrol, children's playground, tennis courts, basketball courts and a community pool. From our pool area you have stunning views of a large lake which is visited by ducks, white crane and turtles. Disney and Sea World are only a 10-15 minute drive away, with the 192 which is full of shops, restaurants and tourist attractions is a short drive from the villa. The villa has three bedrooms and two bathrooms and will sleep 6. The villa boasts a large south facing pool which is not overlooked by any neigbouring villas.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds and US dollars. There is a refundable secuirty deposit required of £150/$250 this will be retuned to you 14-21 days after you return home. Discounts will be given for all bookings of 3 weeks or more.

| Bedrooms: | Bedroom 1 has a Queen size bed. Bedroom 2 has a Queen size bed. Bedroom 3 is a Disney themed room with 2 single beds. |
| Bathrooms: | En suite bathroom to bedroom 1 with bath, shower, WC, vanity area with a large well lit mirror, also provides a seperate entrance to the pool area. Bathroom 2 with bath overhead shower, wc and a vanity unit with large mirror. |
| Kitchen: | All the amenities of a home away from home we have a cooker, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, dishwasher, toaster ,blender, cutlery and crockery. There is also a table that seats four. |
| Utility Room: | In the garage area we have a large washer and dryer, iron and ironing board. We also have a pool table, air hockey table, table football, electronic dart board with soft tips darts and a basketball game. |
| Living Rooms: | Our comfortable lounge has two settes a coffee table and views from the patio doors to the pool area. We have a large cable TV, video player and DVD player we also have a great selection of both adult and children's DVD and videos. |
| Other: | Tha master bedroom also has cable TV, DVD player and video players with the second bedroom aslo having cable TV. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
We provide a large selection of towels and linen. The property is cleaned after each booking has departed. |

Our additional services include airport collection. We can arrange for you to be collected from the airport on your arrival and taken either directly to the villa or to the car collection point.

Outside
Our private south facing pool has great views of the lake and is not overlooked by any neighbouring villa, the pool has solar heating but can have electric heating for an additional fee. We have outdoor furniture which consists of table and chairs, sun umbrella and sun loungers and we have a electric grill for some great al fresco dining.
Coast/Beach
Chatham park is located about 1hr 30 mins from Daytona and the Kennedy space center with the west coast and Clearwater being about the same distance away.
Travel
We are 18 miles away from Orlando International Airport and about 46 miles from Sanford Airport .
Distances

Booking notes
Booking deposit £100 / $170. Security deposit £150 / $250 this is refunded when we recive confrimation from our managment company that the villa has been left in a clean and undammged condition.
