Notes on prices
Prices are for the properties per week in UK Pounds. 10% discount for bookings of 2 weeks or more. Additional 10% discount if both apartments are booked at the same time.
A non-refundable 10% deposit is required to secure a booking and a the balance 8 weeks prior to departure. A $250.00 security deposit is required when collecting keys from our management company.
Changeover day
Arrival is from 4pm. onwards.
Departure is by 11am. (unless otherwise agreed).

Outside
Terrace Ridge is a small gated community situated in a peaceful location close to a conservation area. Each apartment has its own private patio overlooking a spacious lawned area, which is part of the well maintained gardens at the site. A clubhouse is available for all guests and includes a well equipped kitchen and breakfast bar, large plasma TV in the lounge area as well as a gym and games room. Outside there is a large community pool with sun loungers, tables and chairs and an adjacent beach volley ball court. Access to the pool and clubhouse is gained using a swipe card.
Coast/Beach
The beaches of the Gulf coast and Atlantic coast are approximately 1.5 hours drive to either the west or east coasts respectively.
The Atlantic coast is most appropriate for surfing or just soaking up the sun and listening to the waves crashing on beach.
The Gulf coast is more placid and warmer. Many of the beaches have very fine soft white sand and is most appropriate for playing or swiming.
Golf
Champions Gate Golf Club and Reunion Golf Resort are just a few minutes drive. Many other golf clubs are within easy reach.
Travel
Orlando airport is approximately 30 minutes driving time and Sanford airport is approximately 60 minutes driving time. Car hire is essential.

The I-4 is only 3 minutes drive away and is the main route to all visitor attractions. See drive times below:

The US192 is only 10 mins away and has a wide variety of restaurants and shops, as well as providing easy access to local amusements and attractions.

Booking notes
To make a booking, check availabilty calendar and contact the owners to reserve your dates. A deposit of 10% will be required within 5 days to secure the booking. Deposits are non-refundable. Full terms and conditions will be returned with a receipt for the deposit. The balance must be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival. After receipt of the final payment, full directions will be provided. A security deposit will be taken at the point of key collection to cover damage and breakages.
