WaterSong is a new gated community set in a conservation area. We have a natural lake to the rear of our home and because we have no rear neighbours are not overlooked. We can be found on the US 17-92 and are approximately 20 minutes from Disney and less than 10 minutes from the I-4, making Orlando and all it has to offer easily accessible. The large private pool and raised spa are set in an extended deck so plenty of room for everyone, both in and out of the water. Relax on one of the sun loungers and soak up the all-day sun. All the bedrooms are en-suite, two master suites and two twin-bedded rooms. The luxury kitchen is fully fitted with all the appliances you'd expect in a quality home, the elegant living area has a 50" Plasma TV and DVD player. Our light and airy villa is air-conditioned throughout, the perfect place to relax after a busy day at the parks! We have turned our garage into a well-equipped games room, fun for the kids, big and small!

Notes on prices
The prices quoted are per villa per week and not per person and include electricity, water, air conditioning, cable TV, Wireless internet access, clean bed linen and towels. Pool and/or spa heating is charged extra at £100 per week; heating of the pool is recommended from October to April.
All bookings taken prior to 6th October 2008 will still be charged at the rate as quoted.
Changeover day
We do not specify a changeover day and this is flexible. However, we would prefer a minimum stay of 7 days and stays of 5 nights or less may be subject to an additional cleaning fee. Arrival time is 4pm and departure time is 10am.

| Bedrooms: | All the bedrooms have a TV, DVD, clock radios and hairdryer plus storage closet. Bedroom 1 has a king size bed and seating area. Bedroom 2 has twin beds. Bedroom 3 has twin beds, also a PS2, 2 controllers and games. Bedroom 4 has a queen-sized bed. |

| Utility Room: | The washing machine and tumble drier can be found in the games room, along with an ironing board and iron, laundry basket, vacuum cleaner, broom, dustpan and brush. |
| Living Rooms: | Open-plan living and dining areas that are extremely light and spacious. The living area has two luxurious sofas, lamp tables and a coffee table. A 50" plasma TV and DVD player with a selection of films. The dining area is light and elegantly furnished. |
| Other: | We have turned our garage into a games room, complete with pool table, football table and electronic dartboard. On the upstairs landing there is an extra sofa with lamp, just the place to escape to for a quiet read! |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
All towels and bedlinen are provided, apart from beach towels. Our Management Company maintain the property and pool for us and the villa is thoroughly cleaned after the departure of each guest. There is an extra charge for a midweek clean, if requested. |
Notes on accommodation
Our villa is air-conditioned throughout, with the addition of ceiling fans in the living area, games room and out on the lanai. There is a telephone and all local, national and international calls are free. There is also free wireless internet access, just remember to bring your laptop! The villa has a security alarm and lock box for the safe keeping of the door keys whilst you are away from the villa. For the comfort of all our guests our home is strictly no smoking.

Outside
We have a 30'x14' fully enclosed private pool with raised spa set in an extended deck. There is a large patio table and chairs for alfresco dining, as well as sun loungers for those who want to soak up the sun and relax. There are pool toys for the children and for added security there is a safety fence provided to stop them getting near to the pool if unsupervised. The pool and deck area are fully screened to help keep the pool clean and any bugs out, what it doesn't keep out is the sun so no worries if you're hoping to go home with a tan! It is recommended the pool be heated between October and April and there is an extra charge of £100 per week for this. A BBQ is not provided but it is possible to hire one from our Management Company.
Coast/Beach
Watersong is in the perfect place for visiting the fantastic Florida beaches, situated midway between both the Atlantic and Gulf Coasts. To the west it'll take approximately 1hr 30min to reach the Atlantic Coast where you'll find beaches such as Daytona and Coco Beach. Travelling east it'll take approximately 1hr 30mins to reach the Gulf Coast where you'll find the Clearwater and St Petersburg Beaches. Whilst at Clearwater why not take a trip on the Sea Screamer and go dolphin-spotting!
Golf
It is well known that Orlando has some fantastic golf courses and many are within easy reach of WaterSong. The award-winning ChampionsGate course is approximately 10 minutes away with courses designed by Greg Norman. Providence is even closer, at only a few hundred yards away.
Travel
The 3 main airports to use are Orlando International, Sanford and Tampa. All are within easy reach of our villa and accessible from the I-4. It is recommended that you hire a car whilst staying in our villa and there is parking on the driveway outside.
Distances
The I-4 is no more than 10 mins away from Watersong and is the gateway to all that Orlando has to offer. The following are an indication as to the length of time it'll take you to reach the various attractions in and around the area:
Disney World 20 mins. Downtown Orlando 35 mins. Universal Studios 25 mins. Seaworld 20 mins. Busch Gardens 60 mins.
Gatorland 25 mins. Kennedy Space Centre 60 mins. Walmart 10 mins. Publix Supermarket 10 mins. Florida Mall 30 mins.
Further details
There is a Publix Supermarket at Reunion which is only 5 miles/8 minutes from our villa or alternatively one at ChampionsGate, just 6.5 miles/10 mins away, perfect for all your day-to-day shopping. Wal-Mart where you can buy just about anything can be found either on US 27 at Cagan Crossings or on US 27 at Haines City. There are a couple of good eat-in restaurants to be found at ChampionsGate - Chilis if you like Mexican food and a Pizzeria, a Chinese takeaway if you like to dine at home or if you want to travel further afield then you will find more on Hwy 27, or on the 192. There is also a newly opened Papa Johns pizza takeaway at Reunion, next to Publix, a Pizza Hut, Dunkin Donuts and also another Chinese takeaway.
Booking notes
We will hold a provisional booking for up to seven days, in which time we would ask you to complete and return to us your booking form and non-refundable deposit of £100 per week. The final balance should be paid no later than 12 weeks prior to the start of your holiday, along with a cheque for £200 to cover the security/breakage deposit. This will be refunded to you within 30 days of your return home, subject to a satisfactory inspection by our Management Company.
