Our new town home is located on the new luxury Coral Cay Resort in Kissimmee only 6 miles from Disney World! The beautiful fully air-conditioned accommodation provides everything to make your vacation as convenient and comfortable as possible. For the kids, large and small, there is a games room with TV/DVD, PlayStation 2, board games and football table. For those wanting a more relaxing pace, a 5/6 seater hot-tub is on the patio. Our home is also connected to Digital HD Cable TV network (great on the 40" TV), high speed wi-fi internet and there are free USA, Canada, UK, Ireland, Spain & Italy telephone calls-everything to keep in touch with family or work back home. Accessibility
Bedroom 1 with en-suite is located on the ground floor and may be suitable for those guests with mobility problems.
Outside
Doors from the living area lead to the fully screened patio with table and 4 chairs for some alfresco dining. There is also a 5/6 seater hot-tub - just what is needed for those aching muscles after a long day at the parks or on the golf course. Out front there is off street parking for 2 vehicles. Our home is only yards from the Clubhouse with movie theatre, games arcade, play park, swimming pools and spa, billiards table, business centre and kids computer centre.
Coast/Beach
Gulf coast and Atlantic coast beaches are approx 75 mins drive away.
Golf
Coral Cay is ideally located for a host of golf clubs. Kissimmee Golf Club is only 3 miles away and gives great value on a Championship course Other fine courses within a few more miles are Kissimmee Bay Country Club featuring the Langley Golf Museum, Falcons Fire Golf Club - a Rees Jones Signature course, Celebration Golf Course in Disney's own town and of course the magnificent 5 Walt Disney World courses. There are many more in the area - plenty for the avid golfer to enjoy.
Travel
Car hire is essential. Orlando International airport 30 mins away. Sanford International airport 50 mins away.

Booking notes
A deposit of 20% secures a booking with the final balance due 6 weeks before arrival. A security deposit of US$350 by way of a credit card authorisation is required upon arrival. For stays of less than 7 nights, a cleaning fee of US$85/£60 applies.
