Our luxury villa boasts a larger than average pool and patio area. The rear faces south west, therefore has the sun most of the day. There is a large table with 6 chairs (including 2 rockers) 4 sunloungers and 2 arondeck chairs. There is a full size barbecue for those alfresco evenings. The house itself has been tastefully furnished in every room with the comfortable lounge featuring a 32" flat screen TV. The kitchen has all the necessary appliances and equipment. The master bedroom has a beautiful en-suite which features seperate walk in shower, bath and 'his and hers' walk in wardrobes. Patio doors lead from the master bedroom to the pool area. Cable TV is in all 3 bedrooms.Wireless internet now available for your own personal laptop. Changeover day
Changeover days are flexible with minimum stay at 1 week. Arrival time is after 4 pm and departure time is 10 am.

Bedrooms: Master bedroom is with ensuite and has a King size bed and 'his & hers' walk in wardrobes. Also has cable tv. Patio doors lead onto the pool area.
Bedroom 2 has a Queen size bed. also has cable tv.
Bedroom 3 has two twin beds, also has cable tv.
Bathrooms: Master suite has and en-suite bathroom with bath, separate walk in shower and 'his & hers' vanity unit.
The other 2 rooms share a bathroom with bath and overhead shower.
Kitchen: Kitchen is fully equipped with large oven,4 electric ring hob, fridge/freezer, ice maker, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, coffee maker, blender, crockery, pans, utensils etc.
Utility Room: Utility room has large washing machine, separate dryer, and ironing facilities.
Living Rooms: Lounge features 2 triple sofas, an entertainment centre housing a 32 inch Cable TV and a DVD player.
Other: There are 2 dining areas, the main one featuring a beautiful glass topped ornate table with 6 high backed chairs. There is a breakfast area next to the kitchen to seat 4 with 2 bar stools at the kitchen counter.

All towels and bed linen are provided including beach towels. Hair dryers are also provided.

 

Notes on accommodation
The villa is fully air-conditioned for both warm and cool air. Ceiling fans in all rooms. Cable tv in case of inclement weather. A full size cot is available at £15 per week. Accessibility
The interior of the house is fully wheelchair accessible. There is a step into the house and a step down from the inside onto the rear patio. The patio doors in the lounge open fully which creates a large space.

Outside
The lanai is furnished with table and chairs plus sunloungers. There is a gas barbecue available for dining alfresco. The pool is larger than usual and faces south west.

Coast/Beach
The local beach is only 4 miles in distance, which is a 10 minute drive away. Naples Pier is great for fishing and wildlife including dolphins, manatees and the swooping pelicans. To watch sunsets from here is spectacular.

Golf
Naples is the golf capital of the USA and has over 50,yes 50 golf courses in the area. There is a course to suit every pocket and during the summer months rates are very reasonable.

Travel
Nearest international airport is Fort Myers, which is a 30 minuted drive away.
Fort Lauderdale Airport is about a one and a half hours drive whilst Miami Airport is about 2 hours away.
Busch Gardens and Disneyworld are approx 3 and 3 and a half hours drive away respectively.

Distances
Areas of interest which are only a short drive away are Sanibel Island, Captiva Island, Marco Island, Vanderbilt beach, Fort Myers and the world famous Everglades.

Further details
Our favourite restaurant is Carabas on the US 41 highway.(not Karavas which is also on the same road!). Just up from Carabas is the Outback Steakhouse restaurant which is also owned by the same company and again very good.

Booking notes
A deposit of £100 per week (non refundable) is required to confirm the booking and the balance + a security deposit of £250 to be paid no later than 8 weeks prior to departure. The security deposit is returned subject to a damage-free report from our management company. A cleaning fee of £90 is added to the final balance. Pool heating is electric and optional at £90 per week. All taxes
are included.

About the owner
We live in Torbay in South Devon. We have lived here for 5 years after moving from Manchester. Our hobbies usually include golf, walking and travelling as often as possible, mostly to Florida, to make sure our properties are in top condition.

Why the owner chose a home in this location
We bought this property 2 years after our first property which is next door, because we enjoy going to Florida so much. The lifestyle in Naples is wonderful and there are so many restaurants available. The beaches are excellent and we love Naples beach near the pier. One of our favourite things to do is go to the beach early evening to watch the sunset from the pier. From Naples you can visit the Everglades, Sanibel and Captiva Islands. Also within reach is Miami and the Keys. We have travelled to Key West on a cruise ship, a small express boat and by road. Each trip was great.

Unique benefits of the property
Our property is on the very popular Briarwood estate, which is centrally located and is ideally situated for the beaches and 5th Avenue. Wi Fi is available. It is close to the Coastland Mall, which is a great shopping area and there are supermarkets and restaurants near to the house.
