Changeover day

Coast/Beach
Bahama Bay Resort has it's own private man-made sandy beach located on the shore of Lake Davenport, but just an hour and half's drive west are the crystal clear waters of Clearwater beach. As well as holding the record for most days of sunshine (361 days), Clearwater was nominated for having two of the top ten beaches in the United States of America.
Golf
The Falcon Fire Golf club located right in Kissimmee on Seralago Boulevard 18 hole, 72 par, Rees Jones signature course promises both seasoned players as well as inexperienced novices an enjoyable challenge. The MetroWest Country Club in Orlando, voted in one of central Florida 's top 5 courses ‘one of the best greens in the state’ claims Golf Digest. The demanding but fair course was designed by world famous golf architect, Robert Trent Jones, Sr. It features 100 foot elevations, water challenges and sand bunkers. Ridgewood Lakes Golf and Country Club is only 12 minutes southwest of the Walt Disney World area attractions. The 18 hole course features water and/or wetlands across its rolling ranch lands. The par 72 championship course has four tee serves to meet the needs of players of different skill levels. The Black Bear Golf Club located in Eustis not only contains a superior 18 hole course but includes a complete practice facility, double ended driving range.
Travel
Take the North exit out of Orlando Airport on SR 528 West (Beeline), to Orlando/Tampa. Follow the SR 528 West towards Interstate 4 (I-4). SR 528 flows into I-4, go West, toward Tampa. Stay on I-4 West to exit 64B- SR192 West/Magic Kingdom. Follow SR 192 West Approx 9 miles where it ends merging into US hwy 27. Take US Hwy 27 South towards Haines City. Follow US 27 South for 1.6 miles exactly and turn left onto Florence Villa Grove Rd. Follow road approximately 1/2 mile and turn left into resort.

About the owner
We live in South East London, with our two cats Taz and Bailey. Linda is the head teacher of a large primary school, and Steve is a freelance marketing consultant. This flexibility, plus the school holidays, allows us to visit our properties regularly and make sure that they remain in excellent condition.
We treat our properties like our own home - so you can guarantee that everything is working properly, is well maintained and very clean.

Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
With guaranteed year-round sunshine, accessibility to both coasts, and all the Disney attractions on its doorstep - Orlando is always a popular location for families looking to get away from it all.
Situated on highway 27, Bahama Bay is close to the junctions for Interstate 4, and also highway 192. This provides two alternative approaches to the theme parks, but also well located for Tampa, Clearwater and Busch Gardens.

The condo is on the top floor of block 7 - so it is not affected by any noise from above. It is close to the ameneties at the club house, and also has its own 'private' pool one minute away!
