Welcome to our luxury villa in the much sought after area of Eagle Pointe. Decorated to the highest standard, it is fully air conditioned with ceiling fans for added comfort. It overlooks a lake and conservation area, where much wildlife can be observed, such as herons, eagles, storks and egrets. Fishing is also allowed in the lake. Very peaceful, although you’re only 10 mins from Disney, malls, restaurants, golf courses and numerous other attractions. A real home-from-home with many extra comforts to give you that treasured Disney holiday of a lifetime. The 30ft pool overlooking the lake is south-facing with a fully furnished sundeck. The pool and patio illuminate at night - ideal for dining and late night drinks! The villa is very spacious with a family room, formal lounge, dining room, breakfast area, fully fitted kitchen, laundry area, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 en suite) and games room. Private 30ft south-facing pool and fully furnished patio (loungers, chairs, tables and parasol) overlooking lake and conservation area. Great for al fresco dining. The pool and patio illuminates at night, which is ideal for late night swims and drinks watching the fabulous sunsets! Pool toys are provided and a barbecue can be provided if needed. Pool heating is an optional extra at £12/$20 per day. Fishing is also allowed in the lake!
Coast/Beach
50 mins drive to Atlantic coast - Coco Beach and Daytona. Deep sea fishing, dolphin cruises and nature cruises available. Plus all water sports.
75 mins drive to Gulf Coast - Clearwater and St. Pete's beaches. Dolphin, nature and sunset cruises available. Plus deep sea fishing, snorkelling and water sports.
Golf
Kissimmee Golf Club, Champions Gate Golf Resort, Highland's Reserve Golf Club, Remington Golf, Falcon's Fire Golf Club, Celebration Golf Club and Southern Dunes are all 5-15 mins drive away.

Car hire is highly recommended. 20 mins drive to Orlando International Airport. 40 mins drive to Sanford International Airport.

Non-refundable deposit of $100/$170 per week is require to secure the booking. The balance and £200/$300 refundable security deposit is due 8 weeks before departure.

We have arrived back home, and back to reality (to the cold and rain) after an amazing holiday. We all had a brilliant time at Disney, Universal and Sea World, but we all agree, the best time was probably relaxing in and around the pool admiring the lakeside view.
