Rolling Hills is the perfect location, minutes from Disney it is a quiet community yet only 1 mile from the shops, restaurants and banks on the 192. Also within easy distance are fine golf courses and the famous factory outlets for your holiday bargains. As well as being only minutes from Disney, both Universal & Sea World are all within a 20 min drive. This means you can visit the parks in the morning come home to unwind and then return for the evening entertainment. 90 minutes drive to the West you will find the beautiful beaches at the Gulf of Mexico. A truly lovely destination for your holiday as it is the perfect place both to have fun at the biggest playgrounds in the world or to relax in the year round Florida sunshine. There is a fully equipped kitchen and utility room, breakfast bar and separate dining area and the living room and family room both have TVs to keep little ones occupied. The pool area has a shaded area in case you want a break from the lovely Florida sun!

Notes on accommodation
Our Florida home is fully air-conditioned with ceiling fans throughout for extra comfort. The doors leading to the pool have buzzers for children's safety. We have a safe, smoke alarms and emergency lights. It fully complies with Florida law.

Outside
We have a south facing private pool (heat is available if requested at an extra charge) with separate hot tub. The villa backs onto a conservation area giving you complete privacy. There is a large patio area with chairs and sun loungers. There is a covered area with table and chairs for outside dining. The outside area has been covered with a fine mesh screen to protect you from the insects and mossies, but still allows the fantastic sunshine through.
Coast/Beach
Within 90 minutes you can be lazing on the white sands of the Florida coastline.
Golf
There are numerous golf courses within driving distance with the closest being Mystic Dunes (just 2 miles away) and numerous Disney courses. The golf courses are forgiving enough for every level of golfer yet still provide a challenge for the more experienced.
Travel
The nearest airport is Orlando International but Sandford is also an International airport a little further than Orlando International. As you would expect in America the roads are very easy to navigate making everywhere accessible.
Car hire is required.
Distances
Just 5 mins from theme parks and shops. In addition to being very close to the Disney parks, we are also near Interstate 4 which leads to the Universal theme parks, Seaworld, Wet'n'Wild, Gatorland. If you fancy a drive out why not try Busch Gardens and Kennedy Space Centre which are a bit further afield.
Further details
As well as the theme parks, shops, restuarants the area also offers you the chance to see some classic cars. At Old Town on Friday/Saturday night the classic car cruises are a must see. Disney's Celebration City has excellent shopping facilities and restaurants.
Booking notes
£100 per week deposit required upon booking. We also require a refundable security deposit of £150 due at time of final payment - 8 weeks before departure.
