A beautiful 4 bedroom executive property, air conditioned and tastefully furnished in the gated community of Highgate at Legacy Park. Disney and other area attractions are just a short drive away, whilst great shopping and dining are just minutes away. Ideal for golfers and non golfers alike as the property has several golf courses located within minutes. Both Gulf Coast and Atlantic Coast and Kennedy Space Centre are approximately an hour's drive away. The property was build in 2005 to a high standard as is on one level with a large garage. There are 4 bedrooms and a sofa bed which converts to a double bed. You will be able to enjoy all the comforts of home with all the pleasures of being away. Make the most of the Florida sunshine during the day, and relax in the balmy Florida air each evening. Highgate is a gated community with tennis courts and a children's playground. New from May 2008 - Internet Access and Games Room added.

| Bedrooms: | The master suite has a queen sized bed and patio doors lead to the pool area. Bedroom 2 has a double bed. Bedrooms 3 and 4 have twin beds. A cot is available. Each bedroom has its own TV and fitted wardrobes. There is a sofa bed in the lounge. |
| Bathrooms: | The master suite en-suite has a large walk in shower, corner bath, "his and hers" vanity units and walk in wardrobe. Bathroom with shower and bath adjacent to bedroom 2 and a "Jack and Jill" bathroom with bath and shower to bedrooms 3 and 4. |
| Kitchen: | Fully fitted kitchen includes, large fridge freezer with ice maker, cooker and hob, microwave, dishwasher. The kitchen is fully equipped with cutlery, crockery, glassware, toaster, juicer and coffee maker. Kitchen nook with table and chairs. Highchair. |
| Utility Room: | Washing machine and tumble dryer. Iron and ironing board and clothes airer. |
| Living Rooms: | Tastefully furnished lounge and dinning room. Two comfortable sofas one of which converts to a double bed. There is a volume ceiling and patio doors lead to the lanai and pool area. |
| Other: | There is a screended pool and large patio area with ceiling fan, sun loungers and patio furniture. As well as the pool there is a spa both of which can be heated. There is a telephone in both kitchen and master bedroom for local and emergency calls. |

The villa is thoroughly cleaned before your arrival and groceries can be order if required. Towels and linen are included and maid service can be arranged. |
Notes on accommodation
The property is fully airconditioned and there is also central heating. Ceiling fans to master bedroom and living area. A highchair and cot are available and the accommodation is on one level. The screened pool also has a safety fence providing peace of mind for families with younger guests. The Pool and Spa can be heated if required and our management company has its own internet cafe. They are also able to arrange golf, tickets to theme parks etc and there is always someone on hand to answer any questions you may have. New from May 2008 - internet access and Games Room added.

Accessibility
The property is at Highgate on the community of Legacy Park which can be found on Highway 27 (just off the 192 and a few minutes to 1-4).
Outside
Private swimming pool and spa which can be heated. You will find sun loungers and patio furniture enabling relaxation and maybe breakfast by the pool or dinner. Perhaps take a dip on your return from a busy day at the parks. A barbecue can be arranged if required. The Lanai offers shade whist the extended deck gives plenty of space for relaxing and sunbathing.
Coast/Beach
The villa is situated approximately an hour's drive from both the Gulf Coast to the West where you will find Tampa, Clearwater and St. Petersburg and the Atlantic Coast on the East where you will find Cocoa Beach and Cape Canaveral and you will be well on your way to Daytona just a short drive further north.
Golf
More than 25 golf courses within the area including Highlands Reserve just minutes away and Championsgate approximately five minutes.
Travel
Orlando International is approximately 40 minutes drive whilst Sandford Airport is approximately 45 minutes. Vehicles can be hired at both airports. It is recommended that your hire a vehicle for your stay.
Distances
Animal Kingdom is 8 miles away and other Disney Parks and Water Parks within 20 minutes. Sea World, International Drive, Universal Studios are approximately 30 minutes.
Further details
Great shopping and dining within easy reach together with banks, medical facilities and takeaway restaurants can be found at Legacy Village. Outlet shopping and malls within 30 minutes. Both the Gulf Coast and Atlantic Coast are about an hour's drive away and there is world famous Bass finishing in Kissimmee lakes.
