Changeover day
Arrival time: The villa will be available from 4pm on the day of arrival.
Check-out time: the villa must be vacated by 10am on departure day.

Outside
Pool area: Step outside, under the shaded lanai, and there's a superb 30ft x 15ft, private, optionally electrically heated, screened, pool on an extended deck. You and your family can splash around, or laze out in the warm Florida Sunshine on the 4 sun-loungers and soak in "the rays" as you look out on to the lake and conservation area. The pool area is provided with a removable safety fence and doors to pool are alarmed for extra protection for young infants should you need it. There is also a children's play area within easy walking distance.
Coast/Beach
Being only 3 mins from the Interstate - 4 corridor, offers easy access (within an hour) to either the Gulf Coast beaches and Busch Gardens in Tampa, or the Space Coast for Cocoa Beach, or Kennedy Space Centre.
Golf
The villa is ideally situated for golf vacations. We are very close to a good selection of exceptional golf courses, the closest being Reunion and Champions Gate which are only a couple of minutes away. Other courses within 10-15 mins include Celebration, Mystic Dunes, Highlands Reserve, the Disney courses and Southern Dunes.
Travel
Orlando International airport - 30 mins.
Sanford airport - 50 mins.
Car hire essential.
Further details
3 mins from the villa (at I-4 exit 58) there’s the Champion’s Gate shopping area, with a Publix supermarket, Walgreens pharmacy, Chilis restaurant, MacDonalds, Pizzaria, Chinese, hairdresser, UPS and bank. If you enjoy outdoor activities, fishing, cycling and walking, you may like to take a short drive to Lake Tohpekaliga (Toho to the locals). For horse riders Horse World Stables can be found only a few miles away at Poinciana.
