This Bermuda style home is within 2 minutes walk of the Pool, Spa and Gymnasium area. The gated complex is extremely safe for children. There is parking space for 2 cars at the front of the house and, if you get fed up driving to the theme parks yourself, there is a FREE transport service (first come first serve basis) to some of the theme parks, full details will be given at the time of booking. The house is completely self contained with all mod cons including, washing machine, dryer, fully fitted kitchen, coffee machine etc, etc. Any further information about this lovely will be forwarded at the time of booking.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds.
There is an additional charge of $10 per day per house charged by the resort and this will be taken at Reception upon arrival. Discounts may be considered for bookings over 2 weeks and for couples staying on their own for periods other than Easter, Christmas and New Year.
Bookings of less than 7 days £50 extra.
Changeover day
Guests can access the home from 2pm and must vacate the home by 11am on the day of departure, it is possible to remain after this time, however, there would be an additional charge.
| Bedrooms: | There are 4 bedrooms, three of which are on the first floor including master bedroom with king size bed and walk-in wardrobe it also has a safe for valuables etc. There is a further bedroom with queen size bed on the ground floor. |
| Bathrooms: | The master bedroom and the ground floor bedroom have en-suite facilities with bath, shower and WC. The twin rooms have one bathroom with bath, shower and WC There is also a WC with wash hand basin on the ground floor. |
| Kitchen: | The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, hob, fridge, freezer with ice maker, microwave oven, coffee maker and all cutlery and crockery. |
| Utility Room: | The utility room on the first floor contains a washing machine and tumble dryer. There is also very good metal rack to dry your clothes |
| Living Rooms: | Free internet access. Cable TV and hundreds of channels to choose from. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Towels and linen are included in the home but there is NO maid service and it is cleaned only upon vacation. Pool towels are available at the resort on a signature basis. There is no charge for this facility. |

Notes on accommodation
For the children there is a full size Cot, Highchair and lots of toys to play with.
Accessibility
The property has not been specifically adapted for wheelchair access, however, there is good access and of course the en-suite bedroom on the ground floor is a distinct advantage.
Outside
Patio area for BBQ, BBQ available on request. Veranda outside Master Bedroom with easy chairs and table.
Golf
Highlands Reserve golf course is literally across the road from regal Palms and there are at least 10 further courses within a radius of 15 miles. There are courses to suit all standards of golfer. Further information can be provided at the time of booking.
Travel
Use of a car is desirable but not essential. Orlando International Airport is approx. 40 minutes away and Sanford International is 65 minutes from the house.
Distances
Disney world and associated theme parks are within a 15 minute drive of Regal Palms.

Bookings can be made by telephone or via email and will be followed up by written confirmation. A 20% deposit is required at time of booking and the remainder is required 6 weeks prior to departure.

About the owner
Sue and I have been residents at Regal Palms since 2005. We live in Cumbria (UK) where we have owned a hotel and restaurant since 1993. Prior to this I was a Warrant Officer in the Royal Navy and Sue was a Health Visitor in the NHS. We have two children, six grandchildren and one great grandchild. Our hobbies are golf, walking, wining and dining. We visit our home on Regal Palms as often as we can because it is perfectly situated for everything we need in Florida.

Why the owner chose a home in this location
We bought at Regal Palms because the resort had everything the family needed whilst having a break from the Theme Parks and more importantly for the Ladies, the Malls. Disneyworld is merely 15 minutes drive away. As golf enthusiasts we are spoiled rotten for courses in the local area with a very good standard course just across the road at Highlands Reserve.
