Our beautiful family owned villa is situated on one of the most sought after communities in Kissimmee for it's convenience to just about everything, Chatham Park. Chatham Park is a quiet residential community that has its own on-site security patrol, children's play park, tennis courts, basketball courts and community swimming pool. We also have a large lake with an abundance of wildlife including ducks you can feed and turtles you can watch basking in the sun. It's only 10-15 minute drive to Disney World and Sea World.
The 192, which is full of shops, restaurants and much more is only a short drive from our villa. Our villa has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and comfortably sleeps 8 people in the bedrooms. We have our own private, partially fenced, screen-enclosed, heated pool. We offer free phone calls worldwide and free high speed internet access with secure wireless access for laptops.

Notes on prices
Pool heat £75 / $98 per week.
Refundable security bond required £150/$200.
Refunded within 14 days of your return.
10% discount given off bookings of 3 weeks or more.
One week bookings during May, June, July and August are subject to our discretion and bookings 7 nights or less will incur an extra cleaning charge of £45/$70. US rates are for US citizens only.
Easter and Christmas are not included in any offers.
Changeover day
We are flexible with changeover days. Arrival at our villa is allowed no earlier than 4pm and departure no later than 10am. Late departures by request
Bookings of less than 14 nights during June, July, August, Xmas and Easter will be at our discretion.
Accommodation
| Bedrooms: | The Master bedroom has a queen size bed. The Guest bedroom has a queen size bed. The Kid's bedroom has a triple bunk bed (double on the bottom, single on the top) and a single bed. |
| Bathrooms: | The Master Bedroom en-suite has a Roman Tub with overhead shower and sliding shower screen, WC, vanity unit with sink and large well lit mirror. The Guest Bathroom has a bath with overhead shower, WC and vanity unit with sink and large well lit mirror. |
| Kitchen: | The Kitchen is fully equipped with a cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle, waste disposal, coffee machine, cutlery and crockery. There is also a round breakfast table that seats 4 people. |
| Utility Room: | In the garage you will find the washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron. You will also find an Air-Hockey table, Football (Foosball) table and a darts boards with soft tip darts. |
| Living Rooms: | The lounge area has 2 sofas, a TV with cable television, an AV system with surround sound, also DVDs and CDs supplied. There are also board games for all ages. The dining table comfortably seats 6/8 people. |
| Other: | We also have a PC in the villa for our guests use with secure wireless access for laptops with broadband internet access. You can also copy your photos onto a CD or pen stick to free up your digital camera space. There is also a printer for your use. |

Notes on accommodation
We do not allow smoking or pets inside our villa. We supply a stoller/buggy for use by our guests for toddlers. We also supply a car seat for children, free of charge. Please ask for details when making your enquiry. We also offer free phone calls worldwide. Free high speed internet with secure wireless connection. Free use of our PC. Free use of any baby equipment.
Outside
Our private, mesh screen enclosed, heated swimming pool is 3ft at the shallow end and 5ft at the deep end. There are sun loungers, a patio table and chairs for you to relax on by the pool after a long day at the parks. We also have a BBQ for your use should you wish to dine alfresco. All we ask is that if you use the BBQ please clean it and return it to the garage.
Coast/Beach
The closest beach is Coco beach and is approx 50 minutes drive away. Daytona is a couple of hours away.
Tampa is 1hr 15 minutes drive away from our villa.
Golf
The nearest golf course is Falcon's Fire golf course and is approx 1 mile away. There are crazy golf attractions only 5 minutes from our villa on the 192, most of which we have played and make a very good fun evening out after you have eaten in one of the many restaurants.
Travel
Orlando International airport (MCO) is 25 minutes drive away. Sanford is 55 minutes drive away.
We do recommend car hire.
There are free Disney buses which leave from the various hotels on the 192.
We supply directions from both of these airports to our villa. Maps can also be found in our villa to help you find your way around Kissimmee Orlando. These are there for your use.
Distances
Disney World is 10 - 15 minutes drive away as is Sea World. Universal and Islands of Adventure is 20 minutes away. Medieval Times is just 5 minutes away. Everything is within easy reach from our villa. All of these timings do depend on the volume of traffic but are average times tried and tested by ourselves.....
Further details
The 192 is only 5 minutes drive from our villa, and is full of shops, shopping malls, banks, restaurants, flea markets and crazy golf and many more fun day out attractions. Old Town is only 10 minutes drive away and here you will find a children's fun fair, dare devil sky dive rides, many shops, restaurants, arcades and much more. Friday and Saturday nights, Old Town host's a car show, including old and new customised cars. Well worth a trip.
Booking notes
Once you have made your enquiry about dates and you want to book, I will mail or e-mail you a booking form. Please include your postal address with your enquiry to obtain a brochure. You need to return your booking form to me within 7 days of receiving it with your deposit. (£100/$150 per week booked) final payment is due 8 weeks before departure. There is a refundable security bond of £150/$200 required with the payment of the final balance, this is acceptable on a separate cheque.

Everything was just fine. The kids, and us, loved the pool. We were in it at least twice a day. Disney and Sea World were very close. That was great.

About the owner
My Husband and I live in the UK. We live in a small village/town called Flitwick which is just outside Bedford in Bedfordshire. We both work, but spend most of our holidays in Florida, where we have made many friends and have really fallen in love with the state.
We love Chatham Park as it is a residential community and very peaceful. All of neighbours are very friendly.
We love our house there and have tried really hard to make it feel like a home away from home for us and our guests.

Why the owner chose a home in this location
We love Florida because there is always plenty to do even if you don't visit the theme parks. There are some beautiful beaches just an hours drive away and a wide variety of restaurants. You will also find many Crazy Golf attractions just a short drive from our villa on the 192.
There really is something for everyone here. The area is easily accessible with Orlando Int Airport less than 35 minutes drive away. Disney World is between 10 and 15 minutes drive away from our villa and many of the other attractions and parks are no more than 30 minutes away. Our villa is as central as it comes and within easy access to everything. Wal-Mart is a mere 5 minutes drive away as are many more shops and restaurants. Although we are close to almost everything, Chatham Park remains calm and peaceful.
Unique benefits of the property
We love the fact that we don't have to go very far from the villa to have an enjoyable day out or to go and eat at a nice restaurant. they are all within a few minutes from our house.
We have tried to make our villa a real home away from home and according to our guests we seem to have achieved this as many return to stay.
You will find everything you will need to make your stay as comfortable as possible. A real home away from home (except the weather is 100% better). Our home is your home.
