Our villa is perfectly situated for the golf and all the theme parks and other major attractions within Central Florida. Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World, Islands of Adventure, International Drive and many other attractions too numerous to mention within the Orlando area are all only a short drive away. There are also many shopping opportunities within easy reach with a number of large shopping malls and designer outlet stores in the vicinity. The Peace Villa is the perfect place for you to relax after a long day at the parks or shops. Sit by our pool with a cold drink and enjoy the gorgeous Florida sunshine. The Gulf Coast is only an hour or so away to the west, with the perfect white sandy beaches of Clearwater and St Petersburg.

Notes on accommodation
Sandy Ridge is a new prestiguous gated community located just 30 mins by car from Orlando International Airport. It is a quiet suburb that is safe for children but is central enough for easy access to all the area attractions including restaurants and entertainment. Our home is minutes from Disney World and just an hour from Tampa and the Gulf Coast and the Space Coast.

Travel
Most US airlines operate regular scheduled services to Florida from most major travel destinations within the US and Canada. The Peace Villa is within a short 30 minute drive from Orlando International
Driving in the US is on the right but is easy with the wide, straight roads which are well signposted. Car rental in Florida is cheaper than anywhere else in the US. Car rental companies are located throughout the state with concessions at major airports.
Distances
For your everyday needs, there are many many shops nearby the Peace Villa including 3 very large supermarkets, quality restaurants, banks, post office, petrol stations, all within a few minutes drive by car.
Of course all of the Central Florida theme parks are just minutes away as well.
Booking notes
The booking form must be completed by the head of the party, who must be over 21 years of age. Deposits of $200 must be sent at the time of booking in order to secure the villa. The balance must be paid 8 weeks prior to travel. In the event that the booking is made less than 8 weeks before travel, the full payment must be made upon booking.

We have been honoured to have been guests at the wonderful Peace Villa in Florida. We have had 2 terrific weeks enjoying ourselves by the pool and drinking champagne in the spa. We also had a chance to meet Mickey and visit Shamu at SeaWorld! The Smith family 2006 (Swindon)
