Our executive upgraded home offers wonderful views over the natural 14 acre lake, watch eagles fish. The extended pool deck is in the sun all day. Fully air conditioned with ceiling fans in all rooms including the games room which has a full size slate bed pool table, football table, video/DVD library and Playstation 2 etc and wii fit. TVs all bedrooms some with DVDs. New leather sofas in family room with new 50 inch flat screen TV, and 17 piece luxury pool furniture pack. Own BBQ by lake. Changeover day
We prefer Saturday - Saturday but will accommodate midweek. We give all guests a late check out if we do not have a booking the same day. UK flights are in the evenings and its nicer to leave guests enjoying their last day if possible. Help with car hire.

Notes on accommodation
2 air-conditioning units as villa is so large, windows tinted against sun for coolness. Pool deck has been extended and one of the largest on the resort. Illuminated pool changes colour for evening use, outdoor lighting. Pool heat available. Plenty of baby equipment bath seats, strollers, bouncing cradles etc. No keys to worry about electronic press code on front door. Companies even pull and return the garbage bins. Outside pool shower. Heating- if needed in winter. Fully air-conditoned even in the games room. Many upgrades such as tiled floor downstairs for coolness. Printed driving directions for parks in the villa. Wheelchair user can and have used our home and downstairs Master. All extra equipment needed can be hired and information provided, including scooters or wheelchairs, oxygen etc. They deliver and pick up from villa. You tell us what you need and we find it for you.

Large drive takes 4 plus cars. Fully enclosed private 30 foot pool on extended deck thats in the sun all day. Jacuzzi with timer on wall no valves to have to change. Outdoor shower, 4 deep pile sun loungers, hexagonal table and umbrella 4 chairs, additional table, 2 armchairs and foot stools, clothes dryer, 2 small arm tables. All new for 2007. Illuminated pool for evening use, watch it change colour. Pool heat optional. Jacuzzi has increased heat when heating requested.
