A delightful ground floor 3 bed, air-conditioned, condo (sleeps 6) on a quiet residential estate - with 2 pools within 50 yards - yet only 15 minutes drive from Animal Kingdom, Blizzard Beach etc. Highway 192 is minutes away, with an excellent Publix supermarket and a vast range of restaurants within easy reach. The property is timber clad and has a delightful terrace at the rear of the property, especially pleasant for breakfasts at home. There are excellent leisure facilities close at hand - with 2 pools and fitness rooms to choose from, a tennis court and a spa tub.

About the owner
We are a British family, living in Cheltenham. We have 3 children (aged 19, 17 and 17) and we have enjoyed wonderful holidays over the years. We are a hard working couple who try to do their best for their (demanding) children! They seem to like us! Perhaps going to stay in Florida helps. We have always had great holidays at Disney; we like the fantastic facilities, the cleanliness of the place, the spontaneity of the people and, of course, the weather! We like good standards of accommodation (in the UK we run a Bed and Breakfast business). Our condo is well appointed (we like to cook at home) and is of a high standard throughout.

Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
Our children loved Disney and we wanted a good base so that we could take regular holidays there - sometimes followed by a specialist tennis vacation week nearby. The property (marker Orange 4) is ideally situated for Disney itself - and for all the restaurants on the 192. There is a large supermarket within 5 minutes drive of the condo. The apartment complex itself has a good management committee and it is well kept. The condo is on a quiet residential estate.

Unique benefits of the property
It is great value for money. It's quiet; we have often been at Easter (peak time) and the pool nearest to the condo is usually deserted! The greatest benefit is the location. Terrific for all the parks: Animal Kingdom, Seaworld etc. We have a good US management company: if anything needs sorting, they do it! "Florida was GREAT. We had an amazing time and the condo was fantastic. It was all that we expected and more. My kids loved it so much we will definitely be going back - hopefully to use your condo again.
