Notes on accommodation
The villa has full air conditioning, fans in all major rooms and lanai. No pets or smoking allowed in the villa. Local phone calls are free and pre paid cards may be used for long distance calls. Internet access, A folder is provided with useful information on local restaurants, beaches, telephone numbers and more. Our local English management company maintain the garden, pool and villa and are on call 24/7 to make your vacation a happy one. Please note the villa is not suitable for children.

Outside
The villa has a solar heated pool,Electric pool heat is available if required at extra cost, gas barbecue, 4 sun loungers. The lanai has a large table and 6 chairs with ceiling fan and lights. All doors and windows to the pool area have a security alarm. Triple garage with electric door opener, Adult bicycles and tennis rackets.
Coast/Beach
Englewood beach is the nearest at 15 min drive, it has white sand stretching for miles along with showers, WCs, BBQ area. Boca Grande is well worth the extra drive.
Golf
Try all 5 courses that are only 5 minutes from your doorstep on Rotonda or travel a little further for many more, all at very reasonable price. (As a golfer I can recommend them). Tee times can be pre booked. Summer golf prices start from as low as $17 per round.
Travel
Tampa international airport is the closest at 90 miles, car hire is essential, Orlando and Sandford are 2½ and 3 hours away respectively.
Distances
Port Charlotte with its large shopping mall is only 15 mins drive away, Sarasota and Naples are 1 hour away.
Further details
A few minutes drive will find McCall road which has Wal-Mart, Winn Dixie, Publix Super markets along with banks, restaurants and many more shops.
