There are a lot of villa owners who claim that their villas are located 10-15 minutes from Disney. It is only when you get there, that you find the only way you could get there in that time was if you used the space shuttle. That is not the case with our villa. Indian Ridge Oaks is a quiet walled residential neighbourhood with no through traffic. 3 miles/5 minutes by car from Disney. It has a shaded community pool, cabana, tennis courts and children's play area, all of which are available to our clients. The Mystic Dunes Golf and Country Club is adjacent, with further golf courses only minutes away. Supermarkets, world class restaurants, shopping centres and of course The American dream Disney are found just around the corner. Our management team are located minutes away, and are available 24 hours per day, to make your stay as comfortable as possible. We are fully licensed with the State of Florida and the villa has smoke detectors, fire extinguisher and emergency lighting.

| Bedrooms: | The master bedroom has a queen size bed, phone, 27" 75 channel Cable TV, VCR, bed side lamps and radio alarm clock. The further 2 bedrooms both have 2 x single beds each, along with radio alarm clocks, bed side lamps, ample closet space and cable TV's. |
| Bathrooms: | En-suite bathroom to master bedroom. Family bathroom for other 2 bedrooms. |
| Kitchen: | The kitchen has every thing that you could require including fridge/freezer with ice maker, cooker, microwave, toaster, waste disposal, dishwasher, coffee maker, phone and especially for us Brits, kettle and tea pot, plus of course all utensils. |
| Utility Room: | Washer and dryer located in garage. |
| Living Rooms: | The lounge has a 37" LCD HD 100 channel Cable TV, a VCR, DVD player, Hi-Fi, a 2 seater love seat, 3 seater sofa, which converts into a queen size bed, coffee tables with table lamps, 3 bar stools for the breakfast bar, patio doors that lead to the pool. |
| Other: | The dining room has a large dining table and seating for 6. The private heated pool has a large pool deck, all of which is fully screened, here you will find the patio furniture including loungers and pool furniture, as well as children’s patio furniture. |

Notes on accommodation
The villa has an electronic door entry system so there are no keys to pick up or drop off so saving time on your travel. Our home is decorated to a high standard and has everything available to make your stay, the holiday of a lifetime. The villa is fully air conditioned with ceiling fans also in the lounge and all 3 bedrooms. The patio doors that lead to the pool are alarmed so that small children cannot wander in to the pool area unsupervised, there is also a selection of books and videos and DVDs available, for both adults and children. For any of you with small children thinking about hiring our villa, Well just for you we have provided a cot, high chair, baby monitor and buggy, at no extra cost. Also if you hire our villa, we have had a word with a certain mouse who lives just around the corner and told him to make sure that he makes your holiday so special that you will want to come again. No problem was his reply.

Our villa has high speed internet with free use of our laptop and printer, please feel free to bring your own laptop if you wish, also free use of our 2008 Tom Tom Sat Nav, fully loaded with all maps of the USA and Canada. Booking notes
Non refundable booking deposit of £100 per week. Balance due 10 weeks before travel. Security deposit of £100 required, refundable after our management company tells us all is well. Weekly fees include all taxes and cleaning after each rental. 2008 rates high season £475. Low Season £400. Easter, Xmas and New Year £500. Pool heating is extra (£75 per week) recommended October to March. Contact us for amazing deals. Minimum Stay 7 nights.
