Our luxury villa is situated in Indian Creek a quiet new community superbly located just 3 miles from Disney's Animal Kingdom and for all Orlando's theme parks, just off the 192 being one of the closest to Disney Parks.There are many family restaurants under 1 mile from our home including TGI Friday and the Outback Steak House. The community has tennis and basketball courts, children's play area and field. We have left sporting equipment at the house to use whilst staying there. Our home is beautifully decorated and well maintained as we visit 3 times a year and have a local management on call 24 hours a day in case you require their assistance during your stay.

Accessibility
Our home is wheelchair friendly, we have ramps to the front door and it is level to the pool area.
Master 2 has widened doors and a large roll-in shower in the en-suite. Grab handles are in place in the shower and over the wc.
Outside
Our pool is a private 26' x 13' in size with hedging all around, we also have a spa. Both can be heated during the winter months. Patio furniture allows for outside dining and sun bathing.
Coast/Beach
The Gulf Coast beaches are a 2 hour drive away.
Golf
There are many golf courses in the area, the nearest being under 1 mile away.
Travel
Orlando International Airport (mco) is our nearest airport and is about a 30 minute drive away.
Distances
The nearest restaurants, shops and crazy golf is under 1 mile away.
