This 2 storey house has 10 ft high ceilings and 8ft high doors throughout, with 4 bedrooms, lounging area, 50ft long balcony and 2 bathrooms on the first floor. The ground floor has 1 bedroom, pool/guest bathroom, formal lounge, Family room, dining room, kitchen, dinette and utility room. The Family room and dinette have sliding patio doors to the Pool/spa deck. The private dock is at the bottom of the garden, for fishing, sunbathing and wildlife watching Manatees, Dolphins, Stingray and various species of fish, Plus Ospreys, Pelicans etc.

Notes on accommodation
This is a non-smoking home.
There are separate air-conditioning units for ground and first floors.
This is a child friendly house, but supervision is required when children are in and around the pool.
Outside
The swimming pool is 28 ft x 14 ft with a total pool deck area of 50 ft x 28ft. The pool is a sports pool, being it is 3.5 feet each end and 5.5 feet in the middle. This is excellent for playing pool games. In one corner of the pool the spa spills into the pool. The pool and spa can be individually controlled for jets and heat. They are electrically heated via a heat pump.
A gas BBQ is on the pool deck with table and chairs and loungers.
Coast/Beach
Cape Coral beach is approx 10 mins drive.
Fort Myers beach is approx 25 mins drive.
Sanibel Island is approx 35 mins drive.
...and many others by boat and car.
Golf
There are many golf courses in the local area.
Travel
The nearest airport is 'South West Florida International Airport' (RSW).
It is approx 40 mins drive. There are many car rental companies based there, including Avis, Dollar, National, Hertz and Budget.
Although you can arrange a taxi to the house, a rental car is highly recommended.

Cape Coral has many shops eg. Wal-Mart, Target, JC Penny.
Supermarkets include Publix, Neighbourhood Wal-Mart and Sweetbay are nearby.
There are many restaurants close by from fast food to top class riverfront dining.
