Our privately owned villa, about 18 miles from Orlando International airport, is one of the most convenient for the attractions and shops - that’s why we bought it. The villa has a south facing covered pool and electric pool heating is available if required at £50/$100 per week. Enclosed part of the pool area has a patio table and 4 chairs. We prefer maximum of 6 guests but there is a large sofa bed in the living area for another couple if needed. The villa is fully equipped and all linen and towels are provided.

South facing screened private pool approx 25 feet long and 12 feet wide and there are 2 sun loungers. Includes covered patio area with table and 4 chairs. Pool heating is available if required at £50/$100 per week.
Coast/Beach
Chatham Park is about 1½ hours from Daytona and Kennedy Space Centre on the East Coast and about the same to Clearwater on the West Coast of Florida.
Travel
Chatham Park is about 18 miles from Orlando International Airport and about 46 miles from Orlando Sanford airport. Map and travel information will be provided to assist you in getting to our villa.
Booking notes
£100/$200 non-returnable deposit secures booking. Balance, plus security deposit is payable 8 weeks before holiday commences. A security deposit of £100/$200 is required, which is refunded when our Management Company confirm that the villa has been left in order at the end of your visit.
Owner profile
About the owner
Colin and Ann Seale. We are both retired and live in Dorset where we both play flat green bowls and I fly radio controlled aeroplanes with our son.
We currently spend the winter months in the villa where we maintain it as well as enjoy ourselves.
We chose Chatham Park for our Florida home because it is so convenient for the attractions, local shops and supermarkets and many restaurants. As well as that, it is a quiet place when you return home after a long day out to use the pool or just relax by it with a glass of Californian wine, and there are plenty of very good varieties available at economical prices.
Our Visitors Books over the years contain many glowing entries and we have a great many who have returned for second and subsequent holidays.

Why the owner chose a home in this location
In October 1994, we booked our first Florida holiday in Chatham Park and we loved it. We loved the room sizes when compared with our UK home and the convenient location for Disney World and so many other attractions. If you get up and travel a bit earlier than normal, you can still have a day on the east or west coast beaches. In fact we liked it so much that, in the second week of our holiday, we arranged a US mortgage and bought a plot of grass. Even now we find it hard to believe that we did it. By February 1995, the grass had become the villa you are now thinking about renting. We still love it. Hope you do!
