The villa has two master bedrooms both with amercian king-sized beds, en-suite facilities and both have direct access to the pool and spa. There are two further bedrooms which contain twin beds and share a bathroom with over the bath shower. All bedrooms have cable, flat screen televisions and DVD players. A computer with free broadband internet access is located within one of twin bedded rooms.In one of two lounge areas is a queen size sofa bed, bedding is supplied for this. There is also a games room with TV and DVD player, pool table and ping-pong table.The rear of the property is not overlooked and backs onto a landscaped area. The south facing pool with spa (hot tub) and decking area are all accessible from both master bedrooms and the main lounge. There is also a patio table, chairs and sun loungers. There is a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, with seating for eight. The utility room contains a washer and drier.

The villa has full air conditioning, ceiling fans, in the lounge master bedroom, games room and deck area. The villa caters for and is suitable for children as there are two twin bedrooms.
The pool is surrounded by a safety barrier which can be removed if not needed.
Outside by the pool there are 4 chairs, 4 sun loungers 1 large table and 3 small side tables.
The property, spa and pool are not overlooked as the villa is situated on a large oversized corner plot.

Accessibility
The property is suitable for people with mobility problems as it is all on one level, with the only steps being the ones into the pool and spa.
Outside
The patio doors and doors from the 2 master bedrooms lead directly onto the pool and deck area. There is a ceiling fan to help keep cool, out of the sun. The fully screened extended private deck and 26' x 13' swimming pool with luxury spa are not overlooked at the rear and the garden area beyond the pool reaches to the privacy wall which surrounds Calabay Parc. This is the perfect place to cool off after a day at the theme parks. Gas pool heating is available if required and recommended during the winter months. The luxury patio furniture which consists of table, 4 chairs, 4 sun loungers and 3 small side tables is provided to relax by the pool, or to dine al fresco. The pool lighting can be used at night.
The development is on a lakeside setting and a clubhouse is due for completion in mid 2009.
Coast/Beach
Clearwater beach is about an hours drive away.
Golf
Close by are many superb golf courses. Southern Dunes (right next door) and Diamondback are in the local vicinity and close by is the newly built 36 holes, championship, Champions Gate course, designed by Greg Norman.
Travel
Orlando’s International airport is the nearest airport, which is about a 30 minutes drive away and just over an hour's drive to Sanford International airport and Tampa airport. Car hire is essential for getting out and about and enjoying all the amenities.
Distances
All of the major attractions of Florida including Disney World (approx 15-20 mins), Sea World (25 mins) and Universal Studios (25-30 mins) are a short drive away. Cape Kennedy is about an hours drive and is well worth visiting. The beautiful Lakeland area of central Florida is close by.
Further details
A 24/7 WalMart is about a mile down the 27 highway. There is bank branch within the store.
The Malls and Outlet shops are also within a short drive away.
Various restaurants including, Beef O'Gradys bar and Manny's Chow House, are situated just down the 27.
At the top of Highway 27, is a large retail park. JC Penny, Staples, Best Buy, Target (food store) and a book shop are all on this retail park.
