The impressive Villa-Magic Towers has 5/6 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms and ample capacity for 12 people. Being recently built (2006), the villa is in excellent shape with many up to date and luxury facilities that you'd expect from a top of the range property. The large screened pool area includes a spa and a large private deck providing every opportunity for a relaxing stay. Inside you'll find the spacious villa has been furnished to a high standard and is fully air-conditioned. The ground floor, thanks to its extensive ceramic tiled open-plan design - flowing through the kitchen, dining room and great room - creates a spacious vibrant living environment where all the family members and friends can get together. Changeover day

Downstairs master bedroom with en-suite bathroom suitable for those with mobility problems.
Outside
Accessible from the great room, dining room and the downstairs master bedroom, the huge screened Lanai area contains a fabulous extra large (28' x 14') pool plus a spa capable of seating six people. This is surrounded by decking complete with good quality patio furniture, BBQ and an overhead fan. The whole area can be illuminated at night, allowing you to take full advantage of the pleasant Orlando nights. The pool comes with a child safety fence to ensure the welfare of your 'little ones'. It all allows the family members to enjoy family dinners together, sunbathing or simply chilling out in the shade away from the direct sun.

Bookings can be made at the Villa-Magic website (see below). Most major credit cards are accepted at no extra charge. A £150/$250 deposit is required when booking is made. If less than 8 weeks full amount is required. Optional pool heating (recommended October - April): $190/£95 per week. A Security Deposit of $295/£150 is required. This is refundable one week after return.
