Our holiday home is the Orchid model. 1456sqft. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom is en-suite. There is a large open plan living/dining room leading into a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar. Outside there is a screened lanai with garden furniture. Our management company is actually on-site so any problems or advice can be dealt with immediately. They also have a small gym and internet access, free to all guests. At the pool there is a (unmanned) clubhouse with changing rooms, pool table and table tennis. Highway 27 links the interstate 4 and 192 - the 2 main routes to all the attractions. There is a supermarket (Publix) just 5 minutes drive away and 2 Walmarts 10 mins. There are many shops and restaurants all the way along the 192. Just 15 minutes North up the 27 is Lake Louisa State Park where there is fishing, swimming, walking etc (a very different and relaxing side to your Orlando holiday).

The property will be completely cleaned on arrival. All linen, towels etc will be laundered, mid stay cleaning and laundry can be arranged through the management company at an extra charge. Price includes cleaning and laundry. |
