Our home is fully air-conditioned giving a cool refreshing welcome when you open the door and is very spacious offering over 2000sqft of living space. Our villa is on a quiet road in the prestigious Lindfields Estate only 4 miles (10 minute drive) to Walt Disney World. We have a 30ft private, south facing, heated pool. A fantastic games room with full size professional pool table. Two spacious lounges. Over 2000 square foot of living accommodation. Close to Champions Gate, Mystic Dunes and many other fine golf courses. Near to all the attractions, restaurants and shopping. Why be stuck in traffic jams like other holidaymakers. Be close to all the action at our villa. When those Theme Parks get too much you can pop back for a lovely dip in the pool!

Changeover day
Preferred changeover day is Saturday. We can be flexible though. Arrival time is 4pm and departure time is 10am.

| Bedrooms: | Master bedroom with Queen size maple bed. 2nd bedroom with king size bed and light oak furnishings. Bedroom 3 with twin beds. Bedroom 4 with twin beds and a Mickey Mouse theme. |
| Bathrooms: | En-suite bathroom to master bedroom with bath, double shower, WC and 2 wash basins. Family bathroom with bath, separate shower, vanity unit and WC. |

| Living Rooms: | Two spacious lounges. The family room with cable TV and Hi-Fi system. Another lounge for reading and relaxing! There are 2 pull out sofa beds so you could sleep on those if the 4 bedrooms weren't enough! |

Outside
Garden and 30ft private, south facing, heated pool. Poolside sun beds are provided along with outdoor dining suite for those meals alfresco.
Coast/Beach
It is approx 75 miles to the nearest beach, Cocoa beach. The famous Daytona beach is a little further away on the East Coast. While there is the famous Salvidor Dali Museum and a gorgeous number of beaches on the West Coast, approx an hour and a half away.

Orlando International airport is 27.9 miles away from our villa or about 38 mins drive.
Distances
Walt Disney World is 4 miles or 10 mins away from our villa. Seaworld, Epcot and all the other Parks are very close also.
Further details
There are plenty of shops and restaurants along the 192, which our villa is directly off of.
Booking notes
Contact us for a booking form. To book your dates we require a bookings deposit of $300/£150. This is non-refundable and non-transferable in the event of cancellation.

Hi Claire, We have just returned from Florida and wanted to say how much we enjoyed your villa. The location was perfect and meant that as the weather was so hot we could go back to the villa for a swim in the afternoon and then return to the Disney parks in the evening. The villa was huge and well laid out so that we all had space to do what we wanted. The games room was great, my son particularly enjoyed it and is still missing it! We hope to return to Florida in a year or so and would love to stay there again and we would certainly highly recommend it! Many thanks, Vicky.
