Our holiday home offers space and luxury. Designed on a beach theme there is a large living/dining area and a spacious fully fitted kitchen leading to a separate laundry room. All three bedrooms are double with fitted wardrobes, chest of drawers and TV. The lounge and dining areas both seat 6 comfortably with extra chairs for guests. There is also a double sofabed in the lounge. The Clubhouse, just opposite, offers a games room with TV, snooker table and electronic games, a gym and relaxing area with plasma screen. Leading out from the clubhouse is a fabulous heated swimming pool and covered jacuzzi. There is also a sand volleyball court. The grounds are extremely pretty with beautifully kept gardens and a fountain at the entrance to welcome you. Terrace Ridge is a gated community which adds extra security for the family.

Accessibility
Being on the ground floor, although not specially adapted, it is suitable for the elderly and/or disabled.
Outside
There is a shared outdoor heated swimming pool with sunbeds and tables and a covered jacuzzi. There is also a volleyball court. These facilities are only available to guests staying at Terrace Ridge.
Coast/Beach
There are great beaches approximately one hours drive from Davenport.
Travel
Orlando International Airport is half an hours drive away (approx 30k) and a rental car is recommended. Booking a car at the airport is easy and hassle free. Book before you leave and your car will be ready for collection upon arrival. There are two tolls when you leave the airport and these cost $1 each. Change is given at the booths.
Distances
Terrace Ridge is situated just off the I4 at Junction 58, Champions Gate. It is just a ten minute drive from the wonderful Disneyworld and other leading attractions. The 192 is a couple of miles away and this offers an array of restaurants, shops and banks. International Drive is also just a short drive away with more restaurants to choose from.
Further details
Terrace Ridge is in a prime location. Disneyworld is ten minutes away and other attractions include Universal Studios, Gatorland, The Kennedy Space Center, Sea World and Busch Gardens and, of course, Discovery Cove where you can swim with the dolphins. A truly wonderful experience for all the family, whatever age.
You may also like to visit the Orlando Museum of Art or the Orlando Science Center. For a fun night out how about trying the Pirates Adventure, Medievel Times, Arabian Nights or have a wander round Old Town in Kissimmee.
In addition, there are several very good golf courses, Champions Gate being very close, and lots of shopping malls and premium outlets to enjoy.
Booking notes
A £100 non-refundable deposit will be required to secure the booking with payment in full if booking is made less than 8 weeks before departure. The final payment and a £200 security deposit will be required 8 weeks before departure.
