This beautiful villa is only 15 mins from Disney making it an ideal location for your 'magical' vacation. Our spacious villa has been superbly furnished to a very high standard throughout, with upgraded furniture in every room. The pool and raised spa is surrounded by a large extended deck area that includes a covered lanai with ceiling fan should you prefer to sit in the shade. There is a safety fence around the pool if required for your child’s safety. The Tuscan Hills Disney villa has an elegant and luxurious feel, yet welcoming and homely that makes it perfect for a vacation in Florida.

If you like a round of golf you'll be in heaven staying at our villa. There are over 160 holes to be found within a 10 minute radius including the award winning Southern Dunes, Highlands Reserve and the Greg Norman designed Champions Gate courses.
Travel
Nearest airport is Orlando International. This can be reached within 20 minutes. Sanford is 50 minutes away. A car hire is essential.
Distances
This beautiful villa is only 15 minutes from Disney making it an ideal location for your "magical" vacation. Our home is excellently located on the US27, allowing quick and easy access to Walt Disney World. Other attractions including SeaWorld, Universal, Wet and Wild, plus 3 championship golf courses, are all within easy reach. Restaurants and shops are just 2 minutes from our villa. Alternatively spend the day in the new Poisener Centre Mall with its retail outlets, restaurants and cinema.
Further details
The resort amenities include a community clubhouse with flat screen TV and a large lounge area. There is also a play area, tennis courts, volley ball court, cyber cafe and games room. Plus, if you feel that a day out at the attractions is just not enough, why not try out the state of the art fitness room to keep you in shape!
There is a restaurant proposed for Summer 2007.
Guests of our villa have free unlimited use of all these facilities for the duration of their stay!
Tuscan Hills is situated on the US27 just off of the 192 in Davenport, Orlando. The villa is in a gated community just 15 mins from the Walt Disney World gates. It is conveniently situated within easy reach of all the theme parks, shopping malls and the many championship golf courses. There are many shops, bars and restaurants situated just 5 minutes down the road including a large Publix supermarket, an excellent Walmart, pharmacy, gas station, DVD store and bank. If you like a round of golf you'll be in heaven staying at our villa. Booking notes
Rates quoted in US/UK Pounds. Rates are per week and are inclusive of 12% Florida Tax. Payment can be made in US Dollars, Uk Pounds, Euros or Credit Card via PayPal on line. $350/£250 deposit is required at the time of booking. Balance is due 10 weeks before arrival. $250 security deposit is required, refundable within 2 weeks of departure. Optional pool heating at $25 per day (recommended between November and April). Minimum stay 3 nights. Stays of 6 nights or less incur a cleaning charge.
