Positioned on Oak Island Cove, near to Formosa Gardens and Orlando, this is one of the most exclusive vacation sub rental divisions in central Florida. Every amenity is close at hand for a wonderful vacation. No other location boasts a 5 minute journey to Disney. Here there's something for everyone. The main lounge provides a 57' HD TV with DVD (the kids and dads love it). The second lounge is comfortable and spacious over looking the pool. Ideal to just sit and relax after a day at the parks. Each bedroom is fitted with it's own TV with cable channels, we even have one out by the pool.

If you like golf then this is the place, Central Florida, Orlando and Kissimme have some of the finest top ranking courses in the US. With dozens of professional clubs to choose from, you will be spoilt by the choice. Below are just a few of the ones I've personally played, there are many many more. Whichever you choose you won't be disappointed. Almost all clubs welcome guests, you don't even have to book green fees in advance for some, most have electric carts some with Sat Nav (gives you the exact distance from ball to pin). Play like the Pro's, don't forget your sun screen!

Booking notes
20% deposit secures the booking with balance required 8 weeks prior to arrival. All prices exclude Florida taxes (13%).
Pool heat is charged extra at $25 per day (3 days notice required) - and recommended in the winter months. A security deposit of $450 (£250), is required to cover breakage/spillage/damage, fully refundable on departure following inspection.
