Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds and US Dollars. Please note all prices include the 13% Florida Sales Tax. There is an additional cleaning fee $73 payable direct to the resort and the minimum stay is 3 days. Please call for discounts of 3 weeks bookings or more and of discounts in low season.
Changeover day
Arrive and depart any day of the week, minimum 3 days rental bookings taken. Check in is from 4pm on day of arrival. Check-out is usually by 10am on day of depature, but a late check-out may be requested for a nominal extra charge.

| Bedrooms: | Bedroom 1 has a Queen size bed with ensuite bathroom and TV and patio doors leading to a private balcony. Bedroom 2 has a Queen size bed. Bedroom 3 has twin beds, all rooms have ceiling fans. Baby crib and high chair provided. |
| Bathrooms: | The Condiminium has 2 bathrooms one of which is ensuite with bath/shower over and WC. The second bathroom has a large walk in shower with a WC. |
| Kitchen: | The Kitchen is fully equipped with large cooker, microwave, large fridge freezer with ice maker, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and all the utensils you will need. |
| Utility Room: | Utility closet has a washing machine, tumble dryer, broom, vacuum cleaner and wash basket. |
| Living Rooms: | 2 settes one of which is a sofa bed, TV and DVD with cable channels, stereo HiFi, coffee table, occasional table, lamps and patio doors leading to a private balcony with further table and chairs. |

Notes on accommodation
Our apartment is on the first floor with easy reach to the main club house and reception. The apartment has heating and air-conditioning. The resort is very child friendly and has many children activities including a games room and Library.
Accessibility
The resort has spacious paths which is easily accessible for wheelchair users.
Outside
17,000 sq ft. Recreation center and clubhouse. 3 swimming pools, children’s pool, 5 hot tubs, sauna, fitness center, salon. Walking trails. Onsite DVD rentals. Children’s game room. Nearby: Sandy beach and fishing dock.
Coast/Beach
Bahama Bay has it own private beach which can be located by the wonderful restaurant and bar of Tradewinds just 5 minutes walk from the apartment and on the shore of Lake Davenport.
Travel
Orlando International Airport is just 45 minutes drive from the Resort.
Sanford Airport is slighty further and will take about 1 hour from the resort.
