Two storey spacious air conditioned villa located in quiet corner of Westridge Manors North, off H27,3 miles from junction with H192. It is 20 mins drive from Disney World and 40 mins from Orlando International Airport. This is a bright airy villa with an open plan family room, a separate dining room and a well equipped kitchen. There are no rear neighbours and the deck and pool area are very private. It is the perfect spot to relax after your visits to the theme parks or a round of golf. To keep in touch with family or colleagues there is a Free internet connection in the villa and a wireless connection in the clubhouse, so bring your laptop. Also at the clubhouse there is a large open communal pool and a fitness room which has been reequipped Oct 06. Fully licensed for short term rentals, there are fire extinguishers, smoke alarms, emergency lighting and a burgler alarm. All doors to the pool deck are alarmed for child safety.

Notes on accommodation
Cot and high chair can be hired from Management Company for small charge. There is a safe in the villa which can be used by guests upon payment of a small fee to the management company. The villa is managed by K & W Vacations who will call/visit personally all guests to welcome them and answer any questions about the local area and the villa.
Accessibility
The villa is not registered nor has it been adapted for wheelchair use but it has been used in the past by a party one of whom used a wheelchair. The steps into the villa and out onto the pool deck are low and would be easily negotiated.
Outside
There are shrubs,a few trees and a lawn in grass at the front of the villa. There is grass to the sides and at the rear there is a grass covered area and surrounding wooden fence.
The private pool measures 24ft by 12ft and can be heated. It lies along an east west axis and receives the sun all day during July/Aug. At the deep end 5.5ft there is a ledge one can sit on and the jacuzzi spa which can seat 4 persons. The shallow end 3ft has steps into the pool. There is also underwater lighting for an evening dip. The deck has a shaded lanai with a table and 4 chairs. There are also 4 loungers, 2 with soft cushions and 2 without. There is also a mesh cage around the deck to keep insects out. The deck is accessed from the kitchen nook and the master bedroom by sliding doors which have alarms for children's safety.
Coast/Beach
St Petersburg/Clearwater beaches on the Gulf Coast are 83.4miles away,approx. 90 mins drive along the I4 via Tampa.
These beaches are wide, with white sand and magnificent sunsets.
Cape Canaveral (Kennedy Space Centre) on the east coast is also easily assessible.This is near Cocoa Beach 82.2miles away.
Golf
Highlands Reserve Golf Club Par 72 6649yds is the nearest course 1 mile away. Rates include golf cart rental and Florida Sales Tax. There is another course at Polo Park 3 miles away north on H27. Southern Dunes is approx. 20 mins drive away south along H 27.
The Champions Gate complex is also 15-20 mins drive away.
Travel
Car hire is essential. Orlando International Airport is the closest 32.7miles away. It is approx. 40 mins drive via the Toll road with two tolls one is 75 cents and the other 1$. Sanford Airport is also assessible along the I4 and is approx. 70 mins drive away.
Distances
Clermont is approx. 24 miles north of Westridge along H27.
Several State Parks and Mount Dora (small town beside lake)are within a couple of hours drive and offer alternative aspects of Florida to those of the theme parks.
St Augustine the oldest European settlement in the U.S.A.and home of Ripley's famous museum is approx. 2.5 hrs drive away north of Daytona. It is well worth a visit or even an overnight stay.
Further details
1 mile north of Westridge there is a shopping complex off H27. Here there are several banks and a Publix supermarket which is well stocked including some UK brands. There is also a pizza take-away, an off license, and an Applebees restaurant with Bar and several other outlets. There is also a gas station. Further north on H27 there is a further petrol station at traffic lights before H192 slip road. Along H192 there are many restaurants, shops and a few entertainments eg. crazy golf. Further north along H27 about 1 mile beyond H192 junction there is a Super Walmart where you can buy food, clothes, car components and sports equipment including fishing rods etc. The next block up has a bank, post office, a smaller Win Dixie supermarket and several other outlets. South along H27 about 1 mile away there is a 24hr pharmacy and another pizza take-away. Further south approx. 4 miles at the exit from I4 there are 2 all night garages with small supermarkets where cereals, milk, coffee, bread and sandwiches can be obtained if arriving on late evening flights. There are several restaurants in this area eg Cracker Barrell,Bob Evans,Perkins and Wendy's. There is an Information Centre opposite Posner Park Shopping Complex. In the complex there is a Super Target, JC Penneys, Belk, Ross, Payless Shoes and Dicks Sports Shop. A good book shop, an electronic outlet and a nail spa and other outlets are present. The larger malls eg Florida Mall and the Premium Outlets are all approx. 50mins drive away. The villa is centrally located for Disney, golf courses, beaches and shopping centres.
Booking notes
The villa can be booked upon completion of the booking form and payment of £100 non refundable deposit. The balance will be required 6 weeks before the arrival date along with a £250 refundable security deposit. Cancellations must be confirmed in writing. Cancellations up to 3 weeks prior to arrival date will receive 50% refund. If cancellation is less than 3 weeks before arrival date there will be no refund.

It was very spacious, clean and just what we wanted and the management company was great.
