Watersong is located 1 mile South of Ronald Reagan Parkway on US 17-92. There are 3 major routes to and from all attractions to our home which was a major factor in us choosing this community, the I4 (junction 58) and 2 routes off of the 192(1 East and 1 West of the I4). The South/East facing pool area catches the morning sun for a glorious breakfast and stays on the pool all day and with it backing onto a wooded conservation area there are no rear neighbours. We've set up the bedrooms with the twin rooms each near a double room so that kids aren't too far away (although not too close!) with the queen and 1 twin sharing an en-suite bathroom, the other twin and master bedroom having their own. TV's in all rooms, 20" LCD's in the beds, 37" Lcd in the lounge. Playstation and DVD player with assorted games/DVD's. Full fitted kitchen with dishwasher and plumbed in fridge for instant ice and iced water. Washer and dryer in the garage, pool table and electronic dart board.

Bathrooms: En-suite to bedroom 1 with walk in shower, WC, twin sinks. Door to pool

En-suite to bedrooms 3 and 4 with walk-in shower, WC and sink.
Kitchen: All appliances are Whirlpool. Fitted microwave/cooker, oven, halogen hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer with on demand ice (block or crushed) & iced water. Coffee maker and kettle.
Utility Room: Whirlpool washer and dryer in the garage.
Living Rooms: Lounge with large corner suite incorporating Queen size pullout, 37" LCD TV, DVD player and assorted films, wireless internet access, glass patio doors to lanai/pool. Dining area with table and chairs, occasional furniture, CD player/radio.
Other: Garage with 7' competition grade pool table and electronic dartboard with safe plastic tipped darts.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
Towels and linen are provided, even beach towels for the pool. The property is cleaned prior to your visit but mid stay cleans can be arranged, please ask for details. Stays of less than 5 days will incur a £50 charge for cleaning.

 

Notes on accommodation
Watersong is a brand new community near Champions Gate with a 6500sqft clubhouse with large pool, fitness gym, cyber cafe, spa, volley ball court, basketball court, games room and meeting and picnic areas. The pool will be set at between 80-85 degrees and the jacuzzi between 92-95.

Accessibility
Our property is single storey and open plan, ideally suited for both young, old & those with disabilities.

Outside
Private 12' x 26' pool, 6' jacuzzi. Large extended deck area with 4 luxury loungers. Table and 4 chairs in the covered lanai. Additional bamboo screening on lanai for added privacy. Child safe fencing (easily removable) runs alongside the pool.

Coast/Beach
Both coasts, Gulf and Atlantic, are an hours drive away (approx 50 miles) with Cocoa beach and Cape Kennedy on the Atlantic side and the white sandy beaches waiting on the Gulf side.

Golf
There are at least 32 public, 18 hole golf courses within 20 miles of the centre of Davenport, which in itself is 4.5 miles down the road so they are too numerous to mention. There are also 3 9 hole courses close by so you really are spoilt for choice. May I suggest logging on to a course finder site for more detailed descriptions. Our zipcode is 33837.

Travel
Orlando Airport is approx 30 mins. Sanford Airport approx 50 mins.

Distances
Davenport is 4 miles away, the 192 and all its bright lights, shops, banks and restaurants just 10 mins drive away (approx 10 miles). There is a gas station/convenience store/pizza parlour just 1 minutes drive away, further supermarkets in Davenport and a very large Walmart approx 10 mins away on the 192.

Booking notes
£100 per week, non refundable reservation fee. £200 breakage deposit to be paid with final invoice 8 weeks before arrival. The breakage deposit will be returned once our property management company have inspected and ok'd the property.
