Notes on accommodation
This home is large and spacious and will take two families comfortably. Suitable for children. It has a downstairs bedroom with a queen bed and 19in TV, and adjoining shower room, ideal for the elderly or for those that don't like stairs.
Air-conditioned games room with pool table, air-hockey, dart board, foosball. We don't accepted pets, and this is a non-smoking villa, but smoking is allowed in the Lanai.

on a small quite private development. You will be minutes from shops, restaurants and of course the world famous Orlando attractions,

from the home.
Booking notes
All prices are fully inclusive of all local taxes.
For stays of less then 7 nights a cleaning charge of $95 will be made. Midweek clean should you require, it is charge at $85.
Pool & spa heating will be extra at $25 per night or $175 per week (£100 per week).
Deposit 20% of the full rental with the final balance due 8 weeks before arrival. Security Deposit of £200 is taken as a hold on your card.
BBQ can be rented from the management company for a small fee of $40 per week.

"after such a long flight what a welcome, all the christmas lights and a wonderful tree. the house was immaculate with every room dressed like a show house.there was everything we needed in the kitchen to cook plus more.the pool was lovely and heated i couldn't get my daughters out of it.and as for the games room well it was a boys/mens heaven plenty of late nights in there.all in all the house was as much of a holiday as disney itself."
