Our 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom, villa offers a home for 8 to 10 guests. Ideal for 2 families or couples. It features open planned lounge/dining area with large screen cable TV, DVD and VCR. The kitchen is fully fitted and has a breakfast area. The bedrooms consist of 2 master suites both with queen size beds, en-suites, TV and DVD. Free WIFI access is available throughout the villa. The second master also has a PS2. The other 2 bedrooms contain twin beds and share a bathroom. There is also a queen sofa bed in the lounge and a baby cot available if required. The pool is south west facing, getting sun from late morning until it goes down at night. The pool has sun-beds and outside covered eating/seating area.

Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds and US Dollars. We offer discounts for longer lets, particularly off peak ones. Please contact us for specific details. Pool heating is £10/$16 per day.
Changeover day
Changeover day is flexible. We ask you not to arrive before 3pm and to leave by 10am. However, a late checkout is always available at no additional cost if we have no guests arriving that day.

Booking notes
Payment of £100 per week as deposit at time of booking. Remainder 6 weeks prior to departure. Additional £200/$300 security deposit repayable within 28 days of booking (assuming no damage is caused to the property).

We live in Peterborough in England, just the two of us. We both work hard, but love our holidays, our golf and Leeds United. Its especially nice to stay somewhere you own especially knowing the sun and the golf are readily available.

Why the owner chose a home in this location
Florida was our first venture into the overseas property market, somewhere we could come, relax and play golf whenever we pleased.
Unique benefits of the property
The villa is not huge, but very well laid out and perfect for us to come alone, with the family or with the parents.
Our friends and relatives love it too. Its very much a home from home for us.
