Extended private pool (28' x 14') and upgraded pool deck. Outside dining table and chairs for 8 people. 4 sun loungers. South facing (sun from early morning until late afternoon). Total privacy! 2 cycles for guests use in garage.
Coast/Beach
15 mins by car from nearest white sandy beach in 'Olde Naples and it's famous pier. 11 miles of perfect beach.
The wonderful Gulf Coast islands of Sanibel and Captiva are just 30 mins drive from the villa.
Golf
Many superb golf courses within short distance (the golfing capital of America). Over 50 private and public courses.
Travel
South West Florida International airport (Ft. Myers) 35 miles. Miami International airport 110 miles. Orlando International airport 240 miles. Car hire recommended.
Further details
Supermarket, pharmacy and video hire 5 mins drive away. Naples has the finest shopping in Florida, from the upmarket boutiques and restaurants of 5th Avenue and 3rd St. to the Coastland Mall with Macey's, Sears, Burdines and J.C Penney. The huge Miromar Outlet Mall is just 20 mins up the I75, with the new Coconut Point Mall just close by.
Booking notes
A deposit of £100 per week is required to secure the booking, with the balance payable 10 weeks prior to departure. Registration is required with our management company within a day of arrival. We have an English owned management company with years of Florida experience as local support. £250 security deposit required.
