This villa is ideally situated with Disney World only a 10 minute drive away. Universal Studios, International drive and the wonderful shopping malls that America is so famed for are only a 20 minute drive away. The Champions Gate complex also hosts a large supermarket, restaurants, hair salon and other useful shops. Orlando International airport is just 30 minutes away.

Changeover day
We have a flexible booking policy, however guests are asked to note that the villa will be ready by 4pm on your arrival day and please vacate the villa by 10am on your last day. Other arrangements can be accommodated by prior approval.
Accommodation
| Bedrooms: | There are 2 double bedrooms, both complete with TV's which have Cable TV and DVD players and en-suites. The twin room has 2 twin beds, again this room comes complete with a Spongebob TV with built-in DVD player and Cable TV. |
| Bathrooms: | Both the double rooms have en-suite facilities, with a double walk-in shower in both. The third family bathroom has a shower over the bath. |
| Kitchen: | This villa comes complete with a fully equipped kitchen, including cooker, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge freezer along with all other essential equipment required for a cosy night in should you wish. |
| Utility Room: | There is a separate utility area which hosts the washing machine and tumble dryer. |
| Living Rooms: | The main living area has a TV with cable, a DVD and there is a music system available should you wish to listen to some radio or. The large 3 seater sofa also converts to a bed should you require. |
| Other: | There is a separate dining area with a formal dining table. This home also has a games room, complete with pool table, electronic basketball 'shooting hoops' game and an electronic dart board. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Towels and all bed linen are provided. Extra maid service can be provided, however, this is subject to an additional charge. |

Accessibility
The villa is situated on a totally flat plot, there are no issues with those who have mobility problems. Although not specifically adapted for wheelchair users, the home is all on one level therefore there should be no issues for those who use a wheelchair.
Outside
The home has a covered and lighted lanai area, with outside patio furniture. The pool area is 30x20m, with ample space for sun loungers and the pool can be heated if so required.
Coast/Beach
The nearest beach is Cocoa Beach, which is approx 45 mins drive. The beautiful Daytona Beach is approx 1 hour away to the north.
Golf
The world class Championsgate Golf Course is only 2 miles from the front door of the villa.
Travel
Orlando International is approx 30-40 mins drive, Sanford airport is approx 45-50 mins drive.
Distances
Championsgate Golf Complex 2 miles. Highway 192, with its vast array of shops and restaurants is approx 4 miles
Disneys' Maingate is only 6 miles (5-10 mins on I4).

Booking conditions are available on request. There is a fully refundable deposit required of $200 or £100. Full payment is required approx 8 weeks before commencement of booking.
