Has been personally furnished to an unbelievably high standard. Has electrically heated pool and spa, with one of the largest cages/extended deck areas available. This provides plenty of room around the pool area. The home is fully equipped to provide our guests with every luxury, comfort and convenience required. Coast/Beach
There are serveral excellent beaches nearby. The nearest are Englewood beach and Stump Pass which are about 10 mins by car. The beautiful beaches of Boca Grande and Venice are about 15-20 mins away.
Golf
Our home is surrounded by many excellent golf courses, the nearest being beyond the lake behind our villa.
Travel
Fort Myers airport - 45 mins. St Petersburg - 60 mins. Tampa - 60-90 mins. Orlanda - 2.5-3 hours. Miami - 3 hours.
Further details
The nearest supermarket, shops, bars and restaurant are about 5 -10 mins drive. Port Charlotte is 15 mins away.
Booking notes
A 20% deposit is required to secure the booking. The balance is due 8 weeks prior to stay. A returnable security deposit of £300 or $500 will be required.
