Woodlands villa is a large (2381 sq.ft) luxury 4 bed, 2.5 bath villa with stunning 33ft screened pool backing onto woodland for absolute privacy. Our home boasts a spectacular over sized deck for outside dining & relaxation, offers both a spacious covered lanai & large sunny open areas of deck. Notes on prices
Prices are p/wk in UK pounds. Pool heating optional: £110 p/wk in 2012 & £120 p/wk in 2013. Free local telephone calls. Free full size cot, comfortable buggy, highchair, security safe & internet access - just bring your laptop. All prices include 13% Florida taxes. £100 deposit p/wk required to secure reservation. Late bookings (within 2 months of check-in) require full payment at time of reservation. Fully refundable security deposit of £200 per booking applies. Rates subject to change.
Changeover day
Check in day at Woodlands Villa is normally Saturday although we can be flexible, subject to availability. Check in time 4pm. Check out time 11am.

Notes on accommodation
Free broadband & Wi-Fi, just bring your own laptop. Please note for the comfort of all guests, we respectfully ask you to refrain from smoking inside the villa. You are welcome to smoke outside on the pool deck. Our garden is totally private and fenced in and therefore very suitable for young children. Although now living back in the UK, we have lived and worked in America so if you require any further information on our villa or the Orlando area, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will be happy to help in anyway we can.
Our villa is licensed by the Florida Division of Hotels and Restaurants and is in full compliance with their strict regulations and high standards. Safety-wise, there are smoke detectors, fire extinguishers and as required by law, there are pool alarms on all doors opening on to the pool deck.

Accessibility
Our ground floor master suite is ideal for people with walking difficulties who are mobile but would not be able to manage the stairs. The very large walk-in shower has one small step up to it. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you wish to discuss whether our home would suit the requirements of any members of your party that may have mobility issues.
Outside
Our villa boasts a stunning and extremely large 15 x 33 ft completely private swimming pool. It is fully screened to keep the bugs out (but let the sun in) and has fabulous views onto established woodland at the bottom of our garden - offering guests a wonderful level of privacy not easily found in vacation homes - you are not overlooked at all. Our amazing pool is surrounded by a significantly over-sized deck which offers extremely spacious covered and outdoor areas for relaxation and dining. Plenty of comfortable pool furniture is provided including 2 tables, 8 chairs and 4 sun loungers. The pool even has underwater lighting for your evening swim. Pool heat is optional for an additional charge. Depending on the outside temperature, pools usually benefit from heating October to mid-May. FREE high speed internet and Wi-Fi is available - just bring your laptop.
Coast/Beach
Approx 1 hour drive to Gulf coast beaches.
Golf
5 mins to Orange Lake Golf and Country Club. 10 mins to Champions Gate Golf Club & Falcons Fire Golf Club. 12 mins to Celebration Golf club. 15 mins to Southern Dunes Golf Club. There are also many other golf courses to choose from within a short distance of Woodlands Villa, including those within Walt Disney World.
Travel
Orlando International airport 30 mins.
Sanford International airport 60 mins.
The journey from both airports is straightforward - we will provide full driving directions prior to departure to make things as easy as possible for Woodlands Villa guests.
Distances
Lindfields is off the western end of Highway 192 just past Formosa Gardens. Disney is just a short 10 minute drive with Sea World and Universal Studios 20 and 25 minutes away respectively. Just a few minutes from Woodlands Villa, you will find a large selection of shops and restaurants.

Literally no more than a few minutes drive from the villa are 24 hour supermarkets, 24 hour Walmart, Target, 24 hour pharmacy, an internet cafe and a wide variety of restaurants including The Outback Steakhouse, Orlando Ale House, Red Lobster, Olive Garden, Carrabba's Italian Grill, Giordanos, Papa Johns Pizza, Houlihans, Bahama Breeze, Applebee's, Sweet Tomato, Sante Fe Steakhouse, Cracker Barrel, Buffalo Wild Wings, Denny's, Bob Evans, Ihop, Longhorn Steakhouse, Ponderosa and TGI Fridays. You'll also find all the usual fast food takeaways very near to Woodlands Villa.
The extremely popular Cheesecake Factory can be found at Mall of Millenia along with Brio Tuscan Grill, California Pizza Kitchen, Blue Martini, Panera Bread and PF Changs.
Shopping is a favourite holiday activity for most visitors to Orlando and as well as the usual American department and chain stores, guests at Woodlands Villa will be within easy reach of Lake Buena Vista Outlets, the shops at Downtown Disney, The Premium Outlets (2 locations), The Grove at Winter Garden Village, Florida Mall and the stunning Mall at Millenia.
