In fact, at just 10 minutes to Disney, you can easily take a break from park hopping and return home in the middle of the day for a swim, meal or short rest before returning to the parks for their wonderful evening shows, parades & fireworks. Woodlands Villa is a large (2381 sq.ft.) luxury 4 bed, 2.5 bath villa with stunning 33ft screened pool backing onto woodland for absolute privacy. Our home boasts a spectacular oversized deck for outside dining and relaxation & offers both a spacious covered lanai & large sunny open areas of deck. Notes on prices
Prices are per week in UK pounds. Pool heating optional at £85 p/wk in 2008 & £90 p/wk in 2009. Gas BBQs may be rented from our local managment company and delivered to the villa prior to your arrival - £37 for 1 week and £60 for 2 weeks. Local telephone calls free of charge. Safe, full size wooden cot and highchair free of charge. All prices include total of 13% Florida taxes. £100 deposit per week required to secure reservation. A fully refundable security deposit of £200 per booking applies.
Changeover day
Check in day is normally Saturday although we can be flexible, subject to availability. Check in time 4pm. Check out time 11am. Late check outs to 5pm cost £50 & are subject to availability. They can only be confirmed 1 month prior to departure.

Please note for the comfort of all guests, we respectfully ask you to refrain from smoking inside the villa. You are welcome to smoke outside on the pool deck. Outside
Our villa boasts a stunning 15 x 33 ft private swimming pool which was fully renovated in 2007, including completely new tiling and resurfacing. It is fully screened to keep the bugs out (but let the sun in) and has fabulous views onto established woodland at the bottom of our garden - offering guests a wonderful level of privacy not easily found in vacation homes - you are not overlooked at all. Our amazing pool is surrounded by a significantly over-sized deck which offers extremely spacious covered and outdoor areas for relaxation and dining. Plenty of comfortable pool furniture is provided including tables, chairs and sun loungers. The pool even has underwater lighting for your evening swim. Pool heat is optional for an additional charge. Depending on the outside temperature, pools usually benefit from heating October to mid-May. For safety reasons, plastic plates, beakers etc are supplied for use outside in the pool area.
Coast/Beach
Approx 1 hour drive to Gulf coast beaches.
Golf
5 mins to Orange Lake Golf and Country Club. 10 mins to Champions Gate Golf Club. 12 mins to Celebration Golf club.
15 mins to Southern Dunes Golf Club. There are also many other golf courses to choose from within a short distance of Woodlands Villa, including those within Walt Disney World.
Travel
Orlando International airport 30 mins.
Sanford International airport 60 mins.
Distances
Lindfields is off the western end of Highway 192 just past Formosa Gardens. Disney is just a 10 minute drive with Sea World and Universal Studios 20 and 25 minutes away respectively.

Literally no more than a few minutes drive from the villa are 24 hour supermarkets, 24 hour Walmart, 24 hour pharmacy, internet cafe and a wide variety of restaurants The Outback Steakhouse, Carrabba's Italian Grill, Giordanos, Papa Johns Pizza, Houlihans, Cracker Barrel and TGI Fridays. A helpful & detailed map showing the location of Lindfields in relation to theme parks etc can be emailed on request.
Booking notes
