Changeover day
Guests are asked to check in after 4pm on arrival and check out before 10am on departure to allow us to clean the villa thoroughly.

Accessibility
As the house is built in a bungalow style, wheelchair accessibility is not a problem.
Outside
Outside you will find a private screened pool and Jacuzzi for those days when you just want to do nothing. Sun loungers and a large deck area will make it easy for you to top up that tan. The deck area also has a removable safety net for the smaller children if required. Out front, you will find a beautifully maintained garden with off road parking and a double garage. The pool and Jacuzzi can be heated if required for an additional charge.
Coast/Beach
45 minutes to the lively beach resort of Daytona Beach or the calmness of St. Petersburg and Clearwater.
Golf
5 mins to Orange Lake Golf and Country Club. 10 mins to Champions Gate Golf Club. 10 mins to Celebration Golf club. 15 mins to Southern Dunes Golf Club. There are also many golf clubs situated within Disney World.
Travel
Orlando International Airport - 25 minutes.
Sanford Airport - 45 minutes.
Port Canaveral - 1 hour.
Car hire is recommended to make your way around Kissimmee.
Distances
Disney World - under 10 minutes.
Universal Studios - 20 minutes.
Sea World - 20 minutes.
Kennedy Space Centre - approx. 50 minutes.
International Drive - 10 minutes.
Busch Gardens, Tampa Bay - approx. 1 hour 30 mins.

Further details
The nearest supermarket to the villa is Wal-Mart. It is less than 2 minutes drive. Kissimmee hosts a variety of places to eat out, from "all you can eat buffets" with something to please even the pickiest of eaters, to more occasional restaurants such as the Outback Steakhouse. You will also find traditional American cuisine at diners such as Denny's, or why not try pancakes at IHOP (International House Of Pancakes)??
You are never more than a few minutes drive from all the necessities, including pharmacies and internet cafes.
Booking notes
A deposit of 20% will be required to secure the villa for you and your party. Full balance due 10 weeks before your arrival in Orlando. A fully refundable security deposit of £200 will also be required payable with the balance of your holiday. All dates left in 2012 now only £399
