This townhouse is 5 minutes walk to pool area in the award winning Regal Palms Resort & Spa and only 10 mins from Disney World. It is ideal for families who like to play and relax in the comfort of a superb complex and yet only minutes away from Theme Parks and adjacent to Highlands Reserve Golf Course. The resort offers a business centre and Internet facility to keep you up to date and also gym to keep you fit. To indulge yourself enjoy the spa and health & beauty centre. For dining the on-site restaurant leaves nothing to be desired and the sports bar, showing sports from around the world caters to all tastes. The grounds are private and the pool area is used by guests only. Theme parks are very enjoyable and are a short drive away from your townhouse. There is even a complimentary shuttle bus service to the major parks. To save time tickets can be purchased at the Resort. Of course from your two car parking lot you can drive to all the parks, restaurants and shopping centers.

Coast/Beach
Cocoa Beach on the Atlantic side is 60 minute drive away.
Clearwater Beach and St. Pete's Beach on The Gulf of Mexico are only 90 minutes away.
Golf
The Regal Palms Resort is adjacent to Highlands Reserve Golf Course. It is a 72 Par Championship course and I can personally recommend it. There are many other top class courses an easy 10-30 mins. drive from your townhouse.
Travel
Orlanda International Airport is approx 40 mins. drive from Regal Palms Resort.
Sandford Airport is slightly longer at about 60 mins.
Full directions from either airport can be supplied on receipt of a booking deposit.
Distances
Regal Palms is only 15 mins. away from Mickey Mouse and the magic of Disney World.
International Drive and Seaworld are about 30 mins away.
For a day to remember Universal Studios is also 30 mins. away.
Further details
For family dining Ponderosa and Sizzler restaurants are only 10 mins away on route 192.
For shopping there is a Publix Supermarket on your doorstep.
