Jasmine House is a beautifully furnished detached single storey home, the rear of which faces South, thereby affording all-day sunshine to the Pool/Jacuzzi and Patio area. Jasmine House provides for stylish living in an open plan layout, fully air conditioned throughout with ceiling fans in the principle rooms to assist in ciirculation of warm or cool air. Relaxation is well catered for by the provision of comfortably furnished Living/Family rooms and games room with Pool table, for the more energetic there is a 30ft x15ft electrically heated swimming pool and jacuzzi surrounded by a larger than average "L" shaped fully screened patio area with two covered porches, incorporating Poolside Bar with refrigerator, outside dining area and Summer Kitchen complete with Grill. The villa sleeps 11 guests very comfortably and a cot and highchair are also provided for those most important "little ones" in the party, for security a floor mounted safe is provided for guests valuables.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds.
The rates are based independent of the number of guests (up to a maximum of 11) however discounts may be available for longer term lets and under occupancy, any additional nights are charged pro-rata. There are no additional charges for the use of any of the facilities i.e. cot/highchair/safe/walkie-talkies.
10% 'early bird' discount guaranteed for bookings confirmed 6 months, or more, in advance of arrival at Jasmine House.
Changeover day
The preferred changeover Day is Saturday am, however should this not meet with your requirements we are always happy to discuss and hopefully come to a satisfactory arrangement.

The Villa is cleaned prior to your arrival and again on your departure, should you require a maid service this can povided at additional costs. All linen and towels are provided, with separate towels for use around the pool area. |

Outside
The exceptionally large "L" shaped fully screened patio area, incorporating a 30ft x15ft South facing Swimming Pool/Jacuzzi, has two large covered porches, a play area for the very small guests, and ample sun loungers and reclining chairs for your relaxation. The Poolside Bar with refrigerator and Summer Kitchen, complete with electric grill, has ample tables and chairs should you wish to dine al-fresco. The pool and jacuzzi are fitted with automatic cleaning and water filtration equipment, underwater lighting and electric heater for those cooler months in winter. Please note that pool heating is an additional cost and should be requested at time of booking.
Coast/Beach
Jasmine House is situated on the US27 approx 3 miles from Interstate 4 (I4) from which you may go West to the Gulf Coast i.e.Tampa 67 mls/Clearwater 87 mls/St Petersburgh 87 mls. or East to the Atlantic Coast were you can drive on the famous Daytona Beach 77mls or visit Cape Canaveral (Kennedy Space Centre) 50 mls. All the journeys mentioned are between 60 to 90 minutes approximately on good highways.
Golf
There are numerous Golf courses in the area between 5 to 20 minutes drive. The nearest being Highland Reserve which is less than a mile. Orange Lake Country Club is approximately 7 miles, and under 10 minutes, Grand Cypress Resort has 3 courses, North, South and East approximately 15 minutes drive from the Villa. Lake Buena Vista is around 20 minutes drive and has 6 different courses to chose from.
Travel
The main airport for this region of Florida is Orlando Intl. which is approx 35 miles from Jasmine House, however a great number of UK Tour operators fly to the alternative airport of Orlando Sanford which is approximately 30-35 minutes North of Orlando Intl. Both airports are well signposted and are very user friendly for the Tourist using Hire car facilities.

Bookings may be made by telephone or E-mail direct to the owner, a security deposit is required at this time, which is refundable after your holiday. The full rental charge is required 6weeks prior to your arrival date when details of location/security codes will be forwarded.
