Provisions have been made to comfortably accommodate the less mobile. On the ground floor there are two bedrooms (one queen and one twin bedroom), a family bathroom and two toilets (one poolside).
There is good wheelchair access on the ground floor which has been enhanced by the thoughtful furniture layout.
Outside
The secluded pool deck faces south overlooking open woodland. The large covered patio area has a ceiling fan and lights and is fully furnished with tables, chairs and sun-loungers.
The extended heated pool (30ft x 15ft) has water fountains and lights and a separate raised spa. There is a pool safety guard.
There is a poolside cloakroom and shower.
At the front of the house there is ample off-street parking for two cars.
Coast/Beach
The Kennedy Space Center and beaches on the Gold Coast (Daytona and Cocoa beaches) can be reached in 60mins and the Gulf Coast beaches and towns (Tampa, Clearwater, St Petersburg) in 90mins.
Golf
Nearby (5-20 mins) are the championship golf courses at Polo Park, Highlands Reserve, Ridgewood Lakes, and the internationally acclaimed Greg Norman-designed Champions Gate golf course.
