Our villa, which has lovely lake views to the rear, features a heated pool and built-in jacuzzi. The house is situated in the private, gated community of Briarwood and is located about 10 minutes drive from Old Naples and the nearest beach. This spacious villa has an open plan kitchen, dining and living room with patio doors opening out onto the pool and deck area. It features a large master bedroom with en-suite and a walk-in wardrobe. There are two further bedrooms and another bathroom conveniently positioned between them. Premium cable TV service and wireless hi-speed internet access provided.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week (7 nights) in UK pounds and include all taxes and cleaning upon departure. There is a discount of 10% for stays of three weeks or more. Pool heating (recommended for October to April inclusive) is £70 per week and £10 per extra day.
Changeover day
The changeover days are flexible but the minimum rental period is one week. Arrival time is after 4.00pm and guests are asked to vacate the property by 11.00am on the day of departure.

Outside
The large patio and sunbathing area has a south-west aspect with views over the lake. There are ample sunloungers and seating together with a covered dining area complete with table, six chairs, ceiling fan and gas BBQ. The private swimming pool has a built-in jacuzzi and electric heating if required. Attractive gardens with lawns and flowerbeds to the front and rear of the property.
Coast/Beach
There are several superb beaches nearby, the nearest (Naples beach and Lowdermilk Park) being less than 10 minutes away. The beaches of Marco, Sanibel and Captiva Islands are also within easy reach. The lively Fort Myers beach, where all sorts of water sports are available is 20 miles north of Naples.
Golf
There are numerous public golf courses within a short drive of the villa.
Travel
The nearest international airports are Fort Myers (30 minutes), Miami (2 hours), Tampa (3 hours) and Orlando (3 1/2 hours). Car hire essential.
Distances
Naples Old Town is only a 10 minute drive away. Here you will find plenty of bars, restaurants and shops together with the Naples City Dock where boat rental and deep sea fishing charter are available. For serious shoppers the huge Coastland Centre Mall is only a 10 minute drive from the villa. For airboat rides and wildlife centres The Everglades and Ten Thousand Islands National Parks are only a short drive south.
Further details
There is a large Publix supermarket and a Walgreens pharmacy only a 5 minute drive away. The Briarwood community park has two swimming pools, tennis courts and a childrens' play area and these facilities are available to you for the duration of your holiday.
Booking notes
A booking form can be e-mailed or posted to your address. A deposit of £100 per rental week is required at the time of booking and we require the balance to be paid no later than 8 weeks prior to departure. Upon registration with our local managing agents, you will be asked for a credit card deposit as security against inventory damage/loss, excessive cleaning etc.
