This villa is located next to 286 Sandy Ridge. It is a mirror image of the other villa. The villas together would be ideal for family and friends gathering. It will enable privacy, space and accommodate everyone's needs. The villas are also located on a larger lot than average and is virtually on top of the road. The views from the pool are very peaceful with the lake liiterally behind the pool. The pool are is screened and the pool was specially chosen and upgraded to be oversized. This lets you swim and children are able to play in this larger than average pool. Both the villas have upgraded mattresses and elagant linen wear. There are plenty of towels and ironing facilities as well as dishwasher and kitchen utilities. There is fast internet accessway so bring along your laptop to enable you to plan your day to day outings. |

Notes on accommodation
Pool heating is available at extra cost. This is usually neccessary in the months of November - February. The villas are fully air conditioned and climate controlled. Twin beds in bedroom 3 and 4 are great for children with their own TVs.
Outside
The front of the villas have off street parking with a double garage. The outside is well lit for the evening. The front and sides have plenty of greenery as does the rear. The pool area has full pool furniture, table as well as barbecue. Both the pools have been built as oversized pools. This is a pool where you will be able to get some swimming done or play volleyball.
Golf
For those who enjoy golf, Champions Gate offers a premiere golf experience on its 2 championship courses designed by International golf champion Greg Norman. It is located only a few minutes drive from Sandy Ridge. Basically you come out of Sandy Ridge, turn left and drive straight for a few minutes until you reach Champion Gate. You can not miss it. You will also drive by Reunion Golf Resort.

From Orlando International Airport (approx. 30 mins)
Follow exit signs out of Orlando Airport - signs for Beeline Expressway (528) west, signposted Orlando and Tampa. You will pass through two tolls. 75c & again 75c. Continue until you reach the I-4.Take I-4 west (towards Tampa) Continue heading west on I-4 until exit 58 sign posted Champions Gate and Reunion. Drive straight through 2 miles passing Reunion & Old Lake Wilson interchange; Turn right to Sandy Ridge Drive. Villas are just at top.
