Each bedroom is equipped with its own TV, so everyone in the family can enjoy their own down time! The fabulous screened-in pool with poolside spa and patio deck is larger than the average for maximum enjoyment and family entertainment. Disney and other area attractions are just a short drive away, while great shopping and dining are just minutes away. Enjoy all of the fabulous attractions that Orlando has to offer including the world-famous bass fishing in the Kissimmee lakes and the more than 25 area golf courses that are within easy reach. You'll be able to enjoy all the comforts of home with all the pleasures of being away.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per night in US dollars. Clean fee of $95 charged on all stays of less than 6 nights.
Stays of 6 nights or more have this fee waived. Additional charges for pool heat ($30 per day) and spa heat ($50 per day); 3 nights minimum. Optional rental of BBQ, highchair, crib, computer; prices on request.
Changeover day
Arrivals after 4pm and departures before 11am.

Outside
The garden and pool area is south facing to provide maximum benefit of sunshine, whilst also being very private and not overlooked by any neighbours. The pool and spa can be heated for an optional extra, although not needed for majority of the year. Under water pool lighting for the evening and plenty of sun loungers for all guests.
Coast/Beach
Tampa and Clearwater are a 60 min drive. The Atlantic coast is about 45 mins away.
Golf
Champions Gate and Reunion Golf courses are a short drive away.
Travel
The house is a 30 min drive from Orlando International airport and about 60 mins from Sandford.
Distances
The I4 is less than 3 miles away. US 192 is 4 miles from the home and will take you to Disney, Universal Studios and Sea World in less than 15 mins as well as all major Shopping Malls.
Further details
We are located off the I4 Junction 58 (Champions Gate) near Loughman. Plenty of shops, banks, and restaurants are minutes away by car including a Publix at Champions Gate.
