The family room opens onto the shaded pool deck, with a heated pool and bubbling spa, the pool is provided with a removable safety fence for extra protection for young infants, with outdoor eating area and sun loungers. The bright and airy kitchen has been equipped with almost everything you need to prepare a snack or a family feast to eat by the pool or to share at the dining area just off the family room. Includes 2 en suite double rooms of which the master room opens out onto the pool area and 2 twin bedded rooms with shared bathroom with extra sleeping in the living area.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds. Pool heat is optional and is charged at £10.00 per day if requested at time of booking, pool heating is recommended from October till April. For bookings of less than 6 days there is a £40 cleaning charge, for bookings of more than 21 days we offer a discount.

We can normally accommodate you any day of the week pending availability 4.00pm check in and 11.00am check out.

Accessibility
This property is all on lower ground level.
Outside
Fabulous large private pool and bubbling spa which seats up to 4 people, pool heating is optional but is not normally required during the summer months. The pool is fully screened to keep the insects out and also has a safety fence for the extra safety of young children and infants. There is a round table on the outdoor pool patio area with chairs and sunloungers for you to enjoy a cool drink whilst enjoying the sunshine and having fun in the pool. On an evening you can enjoy the firework display of the Magic Kingdom and Epcot from your pool deck.
Coast/Beach
Centrally located between Daytona and Clearwater beach. Busch Gardens, Cape Canaveral and the Kennedy Space Centre are all approximately a 1 hour's drive.
Golf
You are 10 mins away from 6 golf courses which is attractive to the keen golfer. There is also Walt Disney World Resort courses where you can have fun and tee of with Mickey and his friends.
Travel
Orlando International Airport is approx 30 mins drive. We would recommend car hire which is available from the airport.
Sandford Airport is approx 1 hour's drive car hire is also available from the airport.
Distances
Central to all major attractions: only 3.5 miles to Disney's Magic Kingdom, MGM, Epcot, Animal Kingdom. The Disney Water Parks of Typhoon Lagoon and Blizzard Beach.
Within a 15 min. drive you have Sea World, Universal Studios,
Islands of Adventure and Wet 'n' Wild.
All the major shopping malls, Premium outlets, Florida mall and
Mall at Millenia are within a 10-30 mins ride away.
Kissimmee Old Town is approx. a 15 mins ride.

We are just off the 192 highway and close to International Drive with restaurants to suit every taste.
We are situated only 2 minutes away from Formosa shopping centre, with a large supermarket, ice-cream parlour, take-away Chinese, Italian and Mexican food, ATM machine, crazy golf, restaurants: Outback steakhouse, red lobster, Italian restaurant, Taco Bell and more.
There is a doctors surgery at Formosa Shopping Centre and a Walgreens pharmacy directly across the road.
Only 15 mins ride away there is a fantastic ranch with horse riding facilities.
There are also fishing lakes within 20 mins car journey.
There are excursions from various pick-up points in the area to Clearwater Beach for deep sea fishing.
Booking notes
A non-refundable deposit of £100 per week is payable on booking. The balance is due 10 weeks prior to departure.
A security deposit of £100 will be charged and then refunded.
