The 4 villas are located next door to one another on the exclusive 'Resort at Town Center' community, in Davenport, Orlando. This means that we can accommodate you whatever the size of your party. Town Center is a gated, secure development which provides a haven from all the excitement that Florida has to offer. Yet, it is only minutes from Disney, close to shops and restaurants, and in the middle of golfer’s paradise!

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds and US dollars. Optional pool heating - £70/$120 per week or £10/$20 per day for shorter stays. For a rental of less than a week, there is a cleaning surcharge of £45/$80. Prices for Xmas/New Year 2009/2010 onwards are available on request.
Changeover day
Changeover day is flexible. Arrival - not before 4pm on arrival date. Departure - by 10am on departure date.

Notes on accommodation
The villa can be fully air conditioned or heated throughout. There are ceiling fans in all communal areas and all bedrooms. If you are travelling with a young child in your party, the following will hopefully be of interest to you. We have young children ourselves, so we have tried to make the villa as child friendly as possible. There is a pool ball, some 'noodles' and several inflatable rings/toys for in the pool. We have put some non-breakable plates, bowls, beakers, spoons and forks in the kitchen area. All exits to the pool area have double locks, and in accordance with Florida law, there is a child safety barrier around the pool itself, which can be removed if you wish.

Private pool approx 25ft by 12ft. Optional electric pool heating is available. Normally recommended from October through to April. Pool blanket also provided.
Underwater lights for night swimming. Fully screened pool enclosure. Views over woodland conservation area. Patio furniture includes a table, 4 chairs and 2 sun-loungers. There is a covered lanai which provides a shaded area poolside. Complimentary gas BBQ for alfresco living!

Numerous golf courses within a 30 min drive of the property - more details on request. Nearest course - Reunion Golf Resort (3 courses designed by Nicklaus, Watson and Palmer). ChampionsGate National and International courses (designed by Greg Norman) - also home to the David Leadbetter Golf Academy.

Orlando International airport 35-40 mins drive. Sanford airport 50-55 mins drive. Tampa International airport 1 hour, 10 mins drive. Use of a car is essential.

Disney World Resort including Disney World, Animal Kingdom, Epcot, MGM Studios, Blizzard Beach, Typhoon Lagoon, Pleasure Island 10 mins drive. Celebration 10 mins drive. Sea World 15 mins drive. Discovery Cove 15 mins drive. Gatorland 20 mins drive. Universal and Downtown Orlando 30 mins drive.
Tampa and Busch Gardens 1 hour drive. Kennedy Space Centre 1 hour drive.
Further details
Local amenities are a 2 min drive from the villa. They include a large Publix supermarket, Walgreens Pharmacy, CVS, family restaurants, ‘Chilli's’ restaurant, McDonalds, Subway sandwich shop, hairdresser, bank, nail salon and liquor store. Highway 192 is a 9 min drive from the villa, where you will find a vast array of shops and restaurants.
Booking notes
A provisional booking is held for 5 working days.
A non-refundable booking deposit of £150/$240 for each week booked (or part therof), and completion of the booking form, confirms the villa.
The balance (plus refundable Security Deposit of £200/$320) is payable no less than 10 weeks prior to departure.
