Our Florida home is situated on a no through road in the Pine Valley subsection of Rotonda. The villa is situated on a double lot which gives privacy to the pool & spa deck that runs the whole width of the home. The villa is beautifully furnished, with air conditioning and ceiling fans in all rooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed and access to the lanai and pool, with a stunning en-suite spa bath, walk in shower, twin vanity units and walk-in wardrobe. The second bedroom has a queen bed and bedroom three has twin beds. The bathroom has twin vanity units and shower over bath. The lounge has large and comfortable sofas and overlooks the pool with large sliding doors to the lanai. There is a den with internet access. Dining area and large well specified kitchen with halogen hob, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher. The utility area is equipped with high capacity washer and dryer. The pool and spa is electric heated and the lanai is extended with plenty of room to relax or for games.

Rotonda is 1.5 hours south of Tampa and 3 hours from Orlando. You can drive from Miami in about 4 hours. There is also a regional airport at Fort Myers.
