The apartment has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, large lounge/diner, large kitchen, utility room, enclosed balcony. Both bedrooms have walk-in wardrobes. The apartment is fully air-conditioned, tiled, wooden floor throughout the lounge/dining room, wall-to-wall carpets in the bedrooms and colour cable TV. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a dishwasher, waste disposal unit, refrigerator (which has an ice-making machine), electric cooker, microwave oven, toaster, and all the usual cooking utensils. A vacuum cleaner, iron, ironing-board, hair dryers are also provided. In the utility room there is a washing machine and tumble dryer. A visitors` book is provided with full information on local attractions, helpful notes on restaurants, shopping etc. Tarpon Woods is a quiet residential area approximately 30 minutes from Tampa Airport. Sailing/swimming, fishing, golf, tennis and boat hire are all within easy reach. Innisbrook Lost Oaks Golf Club is a 5 minute walk away.

Discounts on long winter lets available. A charge of $70 is to be left in the apartment to cover cleaning and will be deducted from the £100 refundable deposit if not left on departure. The apartment will be cleaned and made up before and after your stay.
Changeover day
No minimum stay but 7 days preferable.

Coast/Beach
Nearby is the well-known and lively beach resort of Clearwater. Just 10 minutes away are the quieter beaches of Honeymoon Island, Sunset Beach, Caledesi Island and Fred Howard Park. Tarpon Springs is a renowned port just up the road, famous for its ethnic Greek community diving for sponges.
Golf
Plenty of good value courses nearby including the world famous Westin Innisbrook (hosts US PGA tour event), Wentworth Golf Club and the Lansbrook golf course.
Travel
Tampa International Airport is approx. 30 minutes away and the Major Theme parks are only 90 minutes away. Busch Gardens is a 30 minute drive.

Florida is renowned for good value and delicious food. Menus include a wide selection from ethnic Italian or gourmet French to "down home" barbecue or fresh fish caught daily.
There are numerous supermarkets and restaurants as well as shops and malls.
You are within easy reach of Disney World, Epcot Centre, Universal Studios, MGM Studios, Sea Life, and all the other attractions in Orlando. On your doorstep in Tampa, you have a theme park, Busch Gardens, famous for having the best roller coasters in Florida.
There are major sporting teams such as the SuperBowl champions Tampa Bay Buccaneers and the Tampa Devil Rays baseball team.
Nearby is the Pinellas Trail which is 47 miles long where you can walk, run, bike, jog, or rollerblade.
There are endless other activities for everyone such as great water sports, scuba diving, snorkeling, museums, gambling at the Hardrock casino in Tampa, cruises, concerts, nightlife, fishing, shelling, tennis, free internet at local library, sightseeing, and swimming with Manatees or Dolphins.

What a fantastic holiday, everything was just perfect. Pool and Jacuzzi were ideal and so was the location of the apartment. Locals were extemely freindly.We really enjoyed all the wildlife we woiuld not see in UK.
